Pengukuran bidang tanah secara sistematis adalah proses pemastian letak batas bidang bidang tanah yang terletak dalam satu atau beberapa desa/kelurahan atau bagian dari desa /kelurahan atau lebih dalam rangka penyelenggaran pendaftaran tanah secara sistematis.Desa Lebuh Dalem merupakan salah satu desa yang mendapat kesempatan untuk dilakukan program PTSL,dalam program tersebut sangat membantu bagi masyarakat karena sebagian besar belum mendaftarkan tanah nya ke badan pertanahan Kabupaten Tulang Bawang .Tujuan dari pembuatan Tugas Akhir ini adalah menemukan masalah yang sering terjadi dalam  pengukuran  bidang  tanah  dan  memberikan  penyelesain   masalah   yang sering terjadi dalam pengukuran bidang tanah dan memberikan penyelesain masalahdalam pengukuran bidang tanah.
Dalam pelaksanaannya pendaftaran tanah sistematis lengkap yang di laksanakan oleh kantor pertanahan Kabupaten Tulang Bawang tidak selalu mengacu pada Juknis PTSL terkecuali untuk hal-hal yang substansial seperti metodologi pelaksanaan pekerjaan, spesifikasi alat ukur  yang  digunakan. Sehingga hal-hal yang sifat tidak substansial seperti isi / format penulisan didalam frame peta bidang tanah, penamaan layer, jenis huruf yang digunakan, format penulisan Gambar Ukur serta skala gambar dapat diputuskan langsung oleh kantor pertanahan kabupaten Tulang Bawang.
Hasil dari pengkuran ini dan pengambaran Bidang Tanah di Desa Lebuh Dalem Kecamatan Menggala Timur, ada 35 bidang tanah yang tidak memenuhi syarat petunjuk teknis PTSL dari 250 bidang tanah yang terukur.

COMPLETE SYSTEMATIC SURVEY OF LAND MAPPING PROGRAM MEASUREMENTS AGAINTS TECHNICAL GUIDELINES 2021

Systematic measurement of land parcels is the process of  ascertaining the location of the boundaries of land parcels located in one or several villages/kelurahan or parts of villages/kelurahan or more in the context of systematic land registration.  Lebuh Dalem village is one of the villages that has the opportunity to do this PTSL program, the program is very helpful for the community because most of them have not registered their land with the Tulang Bawang Regency land agency. The purpose of making this Final Project is to find problems that often occur in measuring land parcels and provide solutions to problems that often occur in measuring land parcels. and provide solutions to problems in measuring land parcels.
In its implementation, the complete systematic land registration carried out by the Tulang Bawang Regency land office does not always refer to the PTSL Technical Guidelines except for substantial matters such as the methodology for carrying out the work, specifications of the measuring instruments used. So that things that are not substantial, such as the content / format of writing in the map frame of the plot of land, naming the layers, the type of font used, the format for writing the Measurement Drawings and the scale of the image can be decided directly by the Tulang Bawang district land office.
The results of this measurement  and the description of the plots of land in Lebuh Dalem village, Menggala Timur sub-district, there are 35 plots of land 
meet the requirements of the PTSL technical guidelines from the 250 plots of land measured.
