TY - THES ID - eprints72940 UR - http://digilib.unila.ac.id/72940/ A1 - ADE, YULISTIANI Y1 - 2023/06/16/ N2 - Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) tingkat kinerja Pendamping Desa di Kabupaten Pesawaran; (2) hubungan karakteristik Pendamping Desa dengan tingkat kinerjanya; (3) perbedaan tingkat kinerja Pendamping Lokal Desa dan Pendamping Desa Pemberdaya; dan (4) perbedaan tingkat kinerja Pendamping Lokal Desa dan Pendamping Desa Pemberdaya di Desa Mandiri, Desa Maju, Desa Berkembang dan Desa Tertinggal. Responden yang diteliti berjumlah 59 perangkat desa dan 1 tenaga ahli untuk menilai tingkat kinerja 16 PDP dan 28 PLD di Kabupaten Pesawaran. Tingkat kinerja Pendamping desa dianalisis secara deksriptif dan hipotesis dianalisis dengan uji korelasi Rank Spearman dan uji Kruskal Wallis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat kinerja PLD di Kabupaten Pesawaran termasuk dalam kategori baik dan tingkat kinerja PDP dalam kategori kurang baik; (2) tingkat pendidikan non formal, tingkat disiplin kerja, jumlah desa dampingan, jarak tempat tinggal dan hubungan interpersonal berhubungan nyata dengan tingkat kinerja Pendamping Desa; (3) Ada perbedaan nyata tingkat kinerja PDP dan PLD di Kabupaten Pesawaran; (4) ada perbedaan nyata antara tingkat kinerja PDP dan PLD di Desa Mandiri, Desa Maju, Desa Berkembang dan Desa Tertinggal, tingkat kinerja PDP dan PLD berbanding lurus dengan tingkat kemajuan dan kemandirian desa. Respondents studied totaled 59 village officials and 1 expert to assess the level of performance of 16 PDP and 28 PLD in Pesawaran District. The performance level of village assistants was analyzed descriptively and the hypotheses were analyzed using the Rank Spearman correlation test and the Kruskal Wallis test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the performance level of PLD in Pesawaran Regency is included in the good category and the performance level of PDP is in the poor category; (2) the level of non-formal education, the level of work discipline, the number of assisted villages, distance of residence and interpersonal relationships are significantly related to the level of Village Facilitator's performance; (3) There are significant differences in the performance levels of PDP and PLD in Pesawaran District; (4) there are significant differences between the performance levels of PDP and PLD in Independent Villages, Advanced Villages, Developing Villages and Disadvantaged Villages, the performance levels of PDP and PLD are directly proportional to the level of village status.\ Keywords: Performance, P3MD, Village Facilitator PB - UNIVERSITAS LAMPUNG M1 - masters TI - KINERJA PENDAMPING DESA DALAM PROGRAM PEMBANGUNAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DESA (P3MD) DI KABUPATEN PESAWARAN AV - restricted ER -
