abstract: Penelitian ini dibuat untuk meneliti seberapa besar Kebijakan Dividen dan Tata
Kelola Perusahaan dapat memengaruhi Nilai Perusahaan, dengan menggunakan
Kinerja Keuangan sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini adalah
penelitian explanatory dengan metode kuantitatif. Purposive sampling adalah
teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini. Unit
sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 40 sampel Industri Farmasi di Indonesia.
Pengumpulan data dapat berupa dokumentasi dalam bentuk laporan keuangan
tahunan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan
adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat Smart PLS 4
versi Profesional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Kebijakan Dividen dan Tata
Kelola Perusahaan dapat dimoderasikan oleh Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Nilai
Perusahaan, dengan memiliki signifikan dengan arah hubungan positif. Sedangkan
Pengaruh Kebijakan Dividen dan Tata Kelola Perusahaan terhadap Nilai
Perusahaan tidak dapat berpengaruh secara langsung.

Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Deviden, Tata Kelola Perusahaan, Kinerja Keuangan, Nilai Perusahaan dan Structural Equation Model (SEM)










ABSTRACT

Using financial performance as an intervening variable, this study was designed
to investigate how much dividend policy and corporate governance can effect firm
value. This is an explanatory study that use quantitative methodologies. The
technique utilized in this investigation was purposeful sampling. The sample units
used were 40 samples from the Indonesian pharmaceutical industry.
Documentation in the form of yearly financial reports and corporate annual
reports can be used to collect data. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) was
employed for data analysis, and the Professional edition of the Smart PLS 4
program was used. The findings of this study suggest that financial performance
on firm value can moderate dividend policy and corporate governance, with a
substantial positive link. Meanwhile, dividend policy and corporate governance
cannot have any immediate effects on firm value.
