Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self apprasial, occupational information, goal selection, planning, dan problem solving terhadap work readiness pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir jurusan Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir jurusan Ilmu Adinistrasi Bisnis Universitas Lampung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel 73 responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis faktor dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Self Apprasial, Occupational Information, Goal Selection, Planning, dan Problem Solving berpengaruh kuat terhadap Work Readiness pada Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Lampung.

ABSTRACT




This   study   aims   to   determine   the   effect   of   self   appraisal,   occupational information, goal selection, planning, and problem solving on work readiness in final year students of the Department of Business Administration, University of Lampung. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were final year students majoring in Business Administration at the University of Lampung. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a sample of 73 respondents. Data analysis used factor analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results showed that Self Appraisal, Occupational Information, Goal Selection, Planning, and Problem Solving had a strong   effect   on   Work   Readiness   in   Final   Level   Students   of   Business Administration at the University of Lampung.
