N2  - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal intelektual terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2021 dengan menggunakan model Adjusted Value-Added Intellectual Coefficient (AVAIC). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur teknologi rendah dan teknologi tinggi di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, diperoleh 112 sampel data berasal dari perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang diteliti. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa dari keempat variabel penelitian, hanya modal manusia yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sedangkan modal intelektual, modal kerja dan modal inovasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital on firm financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2021 using adjusted Value-Added Intellectual Coefficient (AVAIC) model. The population in this study were low technology and high technology manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Using purposive sampling, as many as 112 data are derived from the publicly listed manufacture firms on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The multiple regression analysis is employed to test the hypotheses studied. This study provides the results that of the four research variables, only human capital has a significant positive effect on firm performance. While intellectual capital, capital employed and innovation capital do not have a significant effect on firm performance.
