TY - GEN CY - UNIVERSITAS LAMPUNG ID - eprints73455 UR - http://digilib.unila.ac.id/73455/ A1 - Komang Diah Pramuditha, 1914241013 Y1 - 2023/06/07/ N2 - ABSTRAK PENGARUH SUPLEMENTASI SOY BEAN MEAL (SBM) DAN MINERAL MIKRO ORGANIK (Zn dan Cr) TERHADAP KECERNAAN PROTEIN KASAR DAN SERAT KASAR KAMBING RAMBON JANTAN Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) mengetahui pengaruh penambahan mineral mikro organik Zn-lisinat dan Cr- lisinat dalam ransum terhadap kecernaan Protein Kasar (PK) dan Serat Kasar (SK) kambing rambon jantan; 2) mengetahui penambahan SBM dan mineral organik Zn-lisinat dan Cr-lisinat yang terbaik dalam ransum terhadap kecernaan Protein Kasar (PK) dan Serat Kasar (SK) kambing rambon jantan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November-- Desember 2022 di kandang kambing Jurusan Peternakan dan analisis proksimat di Laboratorium Nutrisi dan Makanan Ternak, Jurusan Peternakan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Percobaan dilakukan pada 12 ekor kambing rambon jantan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri menjadi 3 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan yang dibagi berdasarkan bobot tubuh. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini yaitu P1 : Ransum Basal (onggok, silase daun singkong, bungkil sawit dan Urea, P2 : Ransum Basal 90% + Soy bean Meal 10%, P3 : Ransum Basal + Mineral Organik ( Zn dan Cr), P4 : Ransum Basal 90% + Soy bean Meal 10% + Mineral Organik. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis of Varian dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil dengan taraf 5%. Peubah yang diamati yaitu Kecernaan Protein Kasar dan Kecernaan Serat Kasar. Pada perlakuan P3 menunjukkan hasil berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap nilai Protein Kasar (PK). Pada perlakuan P4 menunjukkan hasil berpengaruh nyata terhadap kecernaan Serat Kasar (SK). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan Soy Bean Meal (SBM) dan mineral mikro organik (Zn dan Cr) dalam ransum kambing rambon jantan menghasilkan rata-rata daya cerna protein tertinggi yaitu pada P3 sebesar 78,54%, P4 sebesar 77,00%, P2 sebesar 76,44%, dan P1 sebesar 73,87% sedangkan pada serat kasar tertinggi diperoleh oleh P4 yaitu 69,79%, lalu P3 sebesar 69,44%, P1 sebesar 68,48% dan P2 sebesar 53,46%. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) the effect of the addition of organic micro minerals Zn-lysinate and Cr-lysinate in the feed on the digestibility of Crude Protein (PK) and Crude Fiber (SK) of male rambon goats; 2) determine the best addition of SBM and organic minerals Zn-lysinate and Cr-lysinate in the feed on the digestibility of Crude Protein (PK) and Crude Fiber (SK) of male rambon goats. This research was held in November-December 2022 in the goat cage of the Department of Animal Husbandry and proximate analysis at the Animal Nutrition and Food Laboratory, Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung. The experiment was conducted on 12 male rambon goats using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 3 treatments and 4 replicates based on body weight. The treatments in this research were P1: Basal Ration (onggok, silage cassava leaves, palm kernel cake and Urea (35 g), P2: Basal Ration 90% + Protein Source SBM (Soybean Meal) 10%, P3: Basal Ration + Organic Minerals (40 ppm Zn and 0.3 ppm Cr), P4: Basal Ration 90% + Protein Source SBM (Soybean Meal) 10% + Organic Minerals (40 ppm Zn and 0.3 ppm Cr). The data obtained will be analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and continued by using the Least Significant Difference test (LSD) at the 5% level. The variables observed were Crude Protein Digestibility (PK) and Crude Fiber Digestibility (SK). The P3 treatment showed a significant effect (P<0.05) on the value of Crude Protein (PK). The P4 treatment showed a significant effect on the digestibility of Crude Fiber (SK). Based on the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the treatment of the addition of Soy Bean Meal (SBM) and organic micro minerals has a real effect on the digestibility of Crude Fiber (SK), while the digestibility of crude protein only has a real effect on the supplementation of organic micro minerals and has no real effect on the treatment with Soy Bean Meal (SBM) supplementation.
