?url_ver=Z39.88-2004&rft_val_fmt=info%3Aofi%2Ffmt%3Akev%3Amtx%3Adc&rft.title=PENGARUH+PENGGUNAAN+MINYAK+CENGKEH+(Cloves+Oil)+SEBAGAI+BIOADITIF+BAHAN+BAKAR+TERHADAP+PRESTASI+MESIN+SEPEDA+MOTOR+BENSIN+4-LANGKAH&rft.creator=Sutrisno%2C+STR&rft.subject=Teknik+mesin+dan+mesin&rft.description=Abstrak%0D%0A%0D%0APeningkatan+kebutuhan+bahan+bakar+pada+saat+ini+disebabkan+oleh+pertumbuhan+penggunaan+kendaraan+bermotor+yang+meningkat.+Usaha+untuk+menggunakan+kendaraan+tanpa+menggunakan+bahan+bakar+minyak+belum+banyak+dilakukan.+Sehingga+diperlukan+usaha+untuk+menghemat+bahan+bakar+tersebut.+Salah+satu+cara+yang+dapat+dilakukan+yaitu+dengan+penggunaan+minyak+atsiri+sebagai+bahan+bakar+bioaditif.+Penggunaan+minyak+atsiri+dilakukan+karena+berfungsi+sebagai+penyedia+oksigen+pada+bahan+bakar+bensin+yang+berperan+untuk+meningkatkan+bilangan+oktan+(octane+number)%2C+sehingga+pembakaran+menjadi+lebih+sempurna.+Minyak+cengkeh+sendiri+merupakan+salah+satu+minyak+atsiri+yang+memiliki+kandungan+euganol+yang+tinggi.+%0D%0A%0D%0APenelitian+ini+dilakukan+dengan+beberapa+variasi+pengujian+diantaranya+adalah+pengujian+konsumsi+bahan+bakar+dan+akselerasi.+Pengujian+konsumsi+bahan+bakar+dilakukan+dengan+dua+variasi+pengujian+yaitu+road+test+(berjalan+konstan+50+km%2Fjam+menempuh+jarak+2%2C5+km)+dan+stasioner+(pada+putaran+mesin+1500%2C+2500%2C+dan+4000+rpm).+Pengujian+akselerasi+dilakukan+dengan+road+test+0-70+km%2Fjam+dan+40-70+km+menggunakan+minyak+cengkeh+dan+tanpa+minyak+cengkeh.+Minyak+cengkeh+yang+digunakan+dalam+penelitian+ini+terdiri+dari+beberapa+variasi+volume+bahan+bakar+aditif+(1+%25%2C+2+%25%2C+3+%25%2C+dan+4+%25).+Minyak+cengkeh+dicampur+ke+bahan+bakar+bensin+dengan+perbandingan+1+%3A+99+untuk+persentase+minyak+cengkeh+1+%25+dimana+10+ml+minyak+cengkeh+dicampurkan+dengan+990+ml+bahan+bakar+bensin.++Campuran+bensin-aditif+tersebut+dimasukkan+ke+dalam+tangki+bensin+buatan+250+ml+pada+bagian+depan+kendaraan+uji+sepeda+motor+Yamaha+Vega+ZR+115+cc.+%0D%0A%0D%0ASetelah+dilakukan+percobaan%2C+didapat+hasil+bahwa+penggunaan+minyak+cengkeh+dapat+meningkatkan+prestasi+mesin+kendaraan+tersebut%2C+pengurangan+terhadap+konsumsi+bahan+bakar+dan+meningkatkan+akselerasi+kendaraan.+Dalam+penelitian+ini%2C+terbukti+minyak+cengkeh+mampu+menghemat+konsumsi+bahan+bakar+hingga+sebesar+30%2C07+%25+pada+pengujian+road+test+jarak+tempuh+2%2C5+km.+Untuk+pengujian+stasioner%2C+Minyak+cengkeh+mampu+menurunkan+konsumsi+bahan+bakar+sebesar+30%2C30+%25+pada+putaran+1500+rpm%2C++Sementara+itu%2C+peningkatan+akselerasi+sebesar+9%2C96+%25+pada+0-70+km%2Fjam+dan+23%2C44+%25+pada+40-70+km%2Fjam.%0D%0A%0D%0AKata+kunci+%3A+minyak+cengkeh%2C+minyak+atsiri%2C+aditif+bensin.%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0A%0D%0AAbstract%0D%0A%0D%0AIncrease+of+fuel+consumption+at+present%2C+is+caused+by+the+growth+of+motor+vehicles+increase.+An+effort+to+use+the+vehicle+without+using+fuel+has+not+greatly+been+done.+So%2C+it+is+required+efforts+to+save+fuel.+Such+as+use+of+essential+oils+as+bio-additive+fuels.+The+use+of+essential+oils+is+done+because+it+serves+as+a+provider+of+oxygen+in+petrol+contributing+to+increase+the+octane+number%2C+so+that+the+combustion+becomes+more+complete.+Cloves+oil+itself+is+one+of+the+essential+oils+that+contain+high+euganol.%0D%0A%0D%0AThe+research+was+done+with+some+variations+those+were+fuel+consumption+test+and+acceleration+test.+Fuel+consumption+test+was+conducted+by+two+variations%2C+Those+were+road+test+(by+a+distance+of+2%2C5+km+was+constantly+operated+at+50+km%2Fhour)+and+stationary+tests+(performed+at+1500+rpm%2C+2500+rpm+and+4000+rpm).+The+acceleration+tests+was+conducted+by+the+road+test+taking+trough+speed+0-70+km%2Fhour+and+40-70+km%2Fhour+used+cloves+oil+and+without+cloves+oil.+Cloves+oil+used+in+this+study+consist+of+several+volume+variation+(1+%25%2C+2+%25%2C+3+%25%2C+and+4+%25).+Cloves+oil+was+mixed+into+petrol+at+a+ratio+of+1%3A+99+for+1%25+cloves+oil+percentage+in+which+10+ml+of+cloves+oil+is+mixed+with+990+ml+of+petrol.+Petrol-additive+mixture+of+250+ml+was+filled+into+artificial+fuel+tank.+This+fuel+tank+was+mounted+in+the+front+side+of+Yamaha+Vega+ZR+115+cc.+%0D%0A%09%0D%0AAfter+the+experiments%2C+the+use+of+cloves+oil+could+improve+the+performance+of+the+motorcycle%2C+reduced+fuel+consumption+and+increased+acceleration.+In+this+research%2C+it+was+proved+that+use+of+cloves+oil+could+reduced+fuel+consumption+by+30%2C07+%25+at+road+test+through+the+distance+of+2%2C5+km.+For+stationary+test%2C+use+of+cloves+oil+could+also+reduce+fuel+consumption+by+30%2C30+%25+at+1500+rpm.++Meanwhile%2C+the+travel+time+could+also+be+shorted+by+9%2C96+%25+at+the+acceleration+test+of+0-70+km%2Fhour%2C+and+by+23%2C44+%25+at+40-70+km%2Fhour.+%0D%0A%0D%0AKeywords%3A+essential+oils%2C+cloves+oil%2C+and+petrol+additive.%0D%0A%0D%0A&rft.publisher=Fakultas+Teknik&rft.date=2015-02-04&rft.type=Skripsi&rft.type=NonPeerReviewed&rft.format=text&rft.identifier=http%3A%2F%2Fdigilib.unila.ac.id%2F7354%2F1%2F1.%2520Abstrak.pdf&rft.format=text&rft.identifier=http%3A%2F%2Fdigilib
