Penelitian ini  dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Abung Timur kelas VIII semester genap pada tahun  ajaran 2022/2023. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi  wawancara, observasi, angket kuesioner, tes kemampuan representasi matematis.  Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah statistic deskriptif dan uji-t.  berdasarkan analisis data dari validasi ahli media dan materi diperoleh indeks  kevalidan sebesar 78,6 % dan 79,0% dengan kategori valid, serta analisis data dari  tanggapan guru dan siswa tentang kepraktisan LKPD berbasis etnomatematika  diperoleh indeks kepraktisan sebesar 88,8% dan 83,7% dengan kategori sangat  praktis. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t terhadap peningkatan (N-Gain) kemampuan  representasi matematis diperoleh hasil , sehingga LKPD berbasis  etnomatematika dinyatakan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan representasi  matematis. Berdasarkan temuan dan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa LKPD  berbasis etnomatematika memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif untuk  meningkatkan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa.  Kata kunci: LKPD, Etnomatematika, Kemampuan Representasi Matematis    This research is research dan development that aims to develop teaching materials  in the form of LKPD-Based Ethnomathematical that are valid, practical, and  effective for improving mathematical representation ability. The method used the  research is refers to the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation  and Evaluation) model. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Abung  Timur class VIII even semester of the 2022/2023 school year. Data collection  techniques in this study include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and  mathematical representation ability tests. The data analysis technique in this study  is descriptive statistics and t-test. Based on data analysis from media and material  expert validation, a validity index of 78.6% and 79.0% is obtained in the valid  category, and data analysis from teacher and student responses regarding the  practicality of ethnomathematics-based LKPDs obtained a practicality index of  88.8% and 83.7% in the very practical category. Based on the results of the t-test  on the improvement (N-Gain) of mathematical representation skills, the result is  0.000 <0.05, so the LKPD-Based Ethnomathematical is declared effective for  improving mathematical representation ability. Based on the findings and results  of data analysis, it is concluded that LKPD-Based Ethnomathematical to qualify  the criteria of valid, practical, and effective for improving students' mathematical  representation ability.
