E-Government merupakan wujud pembaharuan pelayanan publik dengan
memanfaatkan sistem teknologi dan jaringan internet. Penggunaan teknologi dan
internet digunakan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang semakin efektif dan efisien.
BPJS Kesehatan sebagai salah satu pemberi pelayanan publik melakukan
perubahan pelayanan publik dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan internet melalui
aplikasi Mobile JKN. Kualitas layanan dalam aplikasi tersebut tentunya akan
mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan masyarakat pengguna.  Tujuan penelitian ini ialah
didapatkannya analisis pengaruh e-govqual terhadap kepuasan pengguna aplikasi
mobile JKN. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif dengan jumlah
responden 270 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah kuesioner
dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah regresi linier
sederhana menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa egovqual
memiliki
pengaruh
positif
tehadap
kepuasan
pengguna.

Uji

t, setiap hipotesis memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.00 dengan batas
signifikansi 0.00 {\ensuremath{<}} 0.005.  Dan juga diketahui hubungan antar variabel berpengaruh
sebanyak 44.6\% - 64.4\%, sedangkan sisanya yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor
lainnya.

E-Government is a renewal of public services by utilizing technology systems and
internet networks. The use of technology and the internet is used to provide more
effective and efficient services. BPJS Health as one of the public service providers
makes changes to public services by utilizing technology and the internet through
Mobile JKN application. Quality of service in the application will certainly affect
the level of satisfaction of the user community. The purpose of this study is to get
an analysis of the effect e-govqual on Mobile JKN application user satisfaction.
This study used a quantitative method with a total of 270 respondents. Data
collection techniques used are questionnaires and literature study. The data
analysis technique used is simple linear regression using SPSS 26. The results of
this study indicate that e-govqual has a positive influence on user satisfaction.
Based on the results of the t test, each hypothesis has a significance value of 0.00
with a significance limit of 0.00 {\ensuremath{<}}0.005. And it is also known that the relationship
between variables influences as much as 44.6\% - 64.4\%, while the rest is influenced
by other factors.
