Penelitian ini  bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab perceraian tahun 2022 di Pengadilan  Agama Tanjung Karang Kelas IA Kota Bandar Lampung dengan menggunakan  pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada  penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan terdapat dua faktor utama penyebab terbanyak yaitu faktor  perselisihan dan pertengkaran terus-menerus serta faktor ekonomi. Faktor  perselisihan dan pertengkaran terus-menerus disebabkan oleh pengabaiakn  kewajiban rumah tangga, permasalahan finansial, KDRT, ketidakcocokan masalah  seksual, timbul rasa curiga dan cemburu serta ketidakcocokan secara berlebihan,  berkurangnya perasaan cinta, tidak ada toleransi antar pasangan, memiliki kekasih  lain dan terdapat penyebab lain seperti perasaan tidak di hargai serta krisis  kepercayaan pada pasangan. Sedangkan faktor ekonomi disebabkan oleh  pengabaian kewajiban rumah tangga, judi, berkurangnya perasaan cinta pada  pasangan, tidak ada toleransi antar pasangan serta penyebab lain seperti  komunikasi yang buruk.  Kata kunci :penyebab perceraian, pengadilan agama, konseling pranikah  Divorce cases increase every year in the city of Bandar Lampung. This study aims  to determine the factors causing divorce in 2022 at the Tanjung Karang Class IA  Religious Court in Bandar Lampung City using a qualitative approach and case  study method. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation,  and documentation. The results of the study show that there are two main factors  that cause the most, namely the factor of disputes and constant bickering and  economic factors. Disputes and constant fights are caused by neglect of household  obligations, financial problems, domestic violence, sexual incompatibility,  suspicion and jealousy and excessive incompatibility, reduced feelings of love,  intolerance between partners, having another lover and other causes. such as  feeling unappreciated and a crisis of trust in a partner. While economic factors  are caused by neglect of household obligations, gambling, reduced feelings of  love for partners, no tolerance between partners and other causes such as poor  communication.
