%0 Generic %9 Masters %A Karsiti, 1223012026 %D 2014 %F eprints:7462 %T MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN DAN LATIHAN GERAKAN PRAMUKA (Studi Kasus di Kwartir Cabang Lampung Selatan) %U http://digilib.unila.ac.id/7462/ %X ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tentang: (1) Implementasi manajemen Diklat di Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Gerakan Pramuka RajaBasa Kwartir Cabang Lampung Selatan, (2) Ketercapaian penyelenggaraan Diklat di Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Gerakan Pramuka Raja basa Kwartir Cabang Lampung Selatan, dan (3) Dukungan dari stakeholders dalam pelaksanaan Diklat di Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Gerakan Pramuka Raja Basa Kwartir Cabang Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Sumber data terdiri dari Staff Kwartir Cabang Gerakan Pramuka Lampung Selatan, Kepala Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Gerakan Pramuka cabang Raja basa, Pelatih pembina, peserta diklat, Masyarakat, dan Kepala Dinas Pemuda Olah Raga Lampung Selatan. Hasil Penelitian: (1) Implementasi kegiatan manajemen diklat di Pusat Pendidikan dan latihan Gerakan Pramuka Rajabasa Kwartir Cabang Lampung Selatan diawali dengan kegiatan menganalisis kebutuhan diklat. Kemudian dilakukan kegiata mendisain kegiatan diklat yang sesuai dengan diklat yang dilaksanakan. Dari hasil disain kegiatan diklat Pusdiklatcab Raja Basa juga mengembangkan materi Diklat yang sudah ada sesuai dengan perkembangan di lapangan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diklat di Pusdiklatcab Rajabasa berdasarkan hasil rapat kerja dan program kerja yang sudah ditentukan oleh Pusdikaltcab Rajabasa, (2) Tujuan yang di capai dalam penyelenggaraan diklat di Pusdiklatcab Rajabasa adalah untuk menghasilkan menghasilkan peserta Diklat yang mampu menerapkan kode etik dan kode kehormatan serta prinsip dasar Kepramukaan di lingkungan pengabdiannya, (3) Dukungan Dari Stakeholders dalam pelaksanaan diklat di Pusdiklatcab Rajabasa Kwarcab Lampung Selatan mendapatkan dukungan baik moril maupun materiil dari seluruh komponen stake holders. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Manajemen Pendidikan dan Latihan ABSTRACT The aims of research are to find out and to describe (1) implementation of education and training management at raja basa kwartir’s scout training and education center in south lampung, (2) achievement of helding education and training at Rajabasa kwartir’s scout training and education center in south lampung, (3)Supporting by stakeholders in implementation of education and training at Rajabasa kwartir’s scout training and education center in south Lampung. This research used qualitative approach by case study design. To collecting the data, it used dialogue, documentation and observation. Subject of research consists of staf at kwartir’s scout training in South Lampung, leader of kwartir’s scout training Rajabasa, trainer, participants of education and training, society, and the head of Youth and Sport Department. The result of research are: (1) implementation of management activity education and training at Rajabasa kwartir’s scout training and education center in South Lampung is started from analyzing of education and training activity needs through evaluation assesment, it analyze last activity until present activity. Then had done activity to design education and training activity which is suitable for the implementation. Activity design result at Rajabasa kwartir’s scout training and education center also develop valid material which is suitable for development. Implementation of education and training activity at Rajabasa training and education center belong to dicuss result and program in Rajabasa training and education center. Purpose of education and training implementation at Rajabasa training and education center is to produce education and training participants which are able to apply ethic code, regardness code and scout basic principally in environmental, (3) supporting from Stakeholders in implementing of education and training at Rajbasa training and education in south Lampung get good support, by moril and material from all of stakeholdres component.
