This research was  conducted in Kota Gajah District, Central Lampung Regency, with a total sample  of 60 respondents. The research was conducted in June-July 2022. Data collection  was carried out using the survey method. The data analysis method used is  descriptive analysis and Spearman Rank Correlation. The results showed: 1) that  the application level of jarwo planting cultivation system was included in the good  category, more than 70 percent of farmers had implemented the 2:1, 4:1, and 6:1  cropping patterns, the rest of the 30 percent farmers applied the planting that is not  in accordance with the recommendations of local extension workers; 2) factors that  are not related are age and attitude towards change; 3) Farmers who returned to  the tile planting system (no longer implementing the jarwo planting system) were  due to several obstacles that farmers encountered after trying the jarwo planting  pattern, which required more planting power and time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) tingkat penerapan teknologi  budidaya jajar legowo; 2) faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat  penerapan teknologi budidaya jajar legowo; 3) penyebab petani kembali ke sistem  tanam tegel (tidak lagi menerapkan sistem tanam jajar legowo). Penelitian ini  dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Kota Gajah, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, dengan  jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan  Juni—Juli 2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei. Metode  analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan Korelasi Rank  Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) tingkat penerapan petani terhadap  budidaya sistem tanam jarwo termasuk dalam kategori baik sudah dilakukan oleh  70 persen petani dengan pola tanam 2:1, 4:1, dan 6:1, selebihnya 30 persen petani  menerapkan pola tanam yang tidak sesuai anjuran penyuluh setempat; 2) faktorfaktor  yang tidak berhubungan adalah umur dan sikap terhadap perubahan; 3)  Petani yang kembali ke sistem tanam tegel (tidak lagi menerapkan sistem tanam  jarwo) dikarenakan terdapat beberapa kendala yang didapatkan petani setelah  mencoba pola tanam jarwo yaitu memerlukan tenaga tanam dan waktu lebih  banyak.
