        abstract = {Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) merupakan metode yang mampu menganalisis pengaruh dan pola hubungan antar variabel yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel dan membentuk pemodelan mengenai kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kualitas layanan akademik FMIPA Unila tahun 2022 menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model dapat diterima (good fit) serta seluruh variabel laten eksogen (reability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty) secara signifikan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap variabel laten endogen (kepuasan mahasiswa).

abstract

Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a method that can analyze patterns of relationships and influences between complex variables. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of variables and form a model of student satisfaction on the quality of academic services at FMIPA Unila in 2022 using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the analysis show that the model is acceptable (good fit) and all exogenous latent variables (reability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty) have a significant positive effect on endogenous latent variable (student satisfaction).
