Namun dipengaruhi oleh berbagai factor internal maupun eksternal seperti peluang diterimanya perguruan tinggi hingga sarann dari keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik micro teaching, pengalaman Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan dan persepsi mahasiswa terkait kebijakan sertifikasi guru terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan IPS FKIP Universitas Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 257 mahasiswa aktif Jurusan Pendidikan IPS FKIP Universitas Lampung Angkatan 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah nonprobability dengan ditentukan kriteria berupa: a) mahasiswa aktif Jurusan Pendidikan IPS FKIP Universitas Lampung angakatan 2019; b) telah lulus mata kuliah micro teaching dan c) telah mengikuti program Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan periode 1 dan 2. Perhitungan sampel dengan rumus slovin didapatkan hasil berjumlah 156 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan survey, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Pengujuan hipotesis secara parsial dilakukan dengan melalui uji t dan pengujian secara simultan dilakukan melalui uji F. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara praktik micro teaching, pengalaman Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan dan persepsi mahasiswa terkait kebijakan sertifikasi guru terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan IPS FKIP Universitas Lampung. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh Fhitung = 14,167 dan Ftabel = 2,66 yang berarti bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel dengan kadar determinasi sebesar 0,469 atau 46,9% dan sisanya 40,3% dipengaruhi oleh vairbale lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the effect of micro teaching practices, school field introduction experience and teacher certification policies on interest in becoming teachers in students of the Social Studies Education Department of FKIP University of Lampung. This research uses a descriptive method with an ex post facto approach and survey. The population in this study amounted to 257 active students of the Department of Social Studies Education FKIP University of Lampung Class of 2019. The sampling technique in this study is nonprobability with criteria determined in the form of: a) active students of the Department of Social Studies Education FKIP University of Lampung in 2019; b) have passed the micro teaching course and c) have participated in the School Field Introduction program period 1 and 2. Sample calculations with the Slovin formula obtained results totaling 156 students. Data collection techniques use surveys, documentation and interviews. Partial hypothesis testing was carried out through t test and simultaneous testing was carried out through F test. The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous influence between micro teaching practice, school field introduction experience and teacher certification policy on interest in becoming a teacher in students of the Social Studies Education Department FKIP University of Lampung. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, Fcalculate = 14.167 and Ftabel = 2.66 which means that Fcalculate > Ftabel with a determination level of 0.469 or 46.9% and the remaining 40.3% is influenced by other vairbale that were not studied in this study.
