Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Kualitas penyimpanan arsip di
PT. Wuling Arista Lampung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan
pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik observasi
partisipatif, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan model
interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Miles & Huberman. Teknik uji keabsahan data
menggunakan teknik triangulasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Kualitas penyimpanan arsip aktif
sudah baik karena dilakukan secara sistematis, arsip di simpan pada ruang Admin
Unit disusun dan di letakkan pada rak arsip dan sistem penyimpanan arsip
menggunakan metode pengurutan berdasarkan tanggal arsip, wilayah, dan jenis
arsip. Sedangkan untuk jenis arsip in-aktif kualitas penyimpanannya belum baik
karena cara penyimpanan arsipnya belum sesuai atau belum memenuhi teori standar
penyimpanan arsip in-aktif.

This study aims to determine: the quality of archive storage at PT. Wuling
Arista Lampung. This study is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach.
Research data collection using participatory observation and documentation
techniques. Data analysis using interactive models developed by Miles &
Huberman. Data validity test technique using triangulation technique.
The results of this study indicate that: the quality of active archive storage
is good because it is done systematically, the archives stored in the Admin Room of
the unit are arranged and placed on the archive shelf and archive storage system
using sorting methods based on archive date, region, and type of archive. As for the
type of in-active archive, the storage quality is not good because the way the archive
is stored is not suitable or does not meet the standard theory of in-active archive
storage.
