This research is located in Way Panji Subdistrict because the  location is one of the centers of catfish production in South Lampung Regency.  Data for this study were collected from March 2023 to April 2023. Data analysis  methods used income analysis, financial analysis and sensitivity, and for nonfinancial,  descriptive analysis was used by analyzing technical aspects, economic  market aspects, social aspects and environmental aspects. The revenue over total  costs obtained by catfish farmers in 2022 was Rp14,179,282/100m2 in MT-1,  Rp13,992,898/100m2 in MT-2, and Rp14,440,894/100m2 in MT-3. The R/C ratio  value of total costs in MT-1 is 1.74, in MT-2 is 1.71 and MT-3 is 1.74 so that  catfish farming is profitable for farmers. Financial analysis is calculated using  investment criteria including NPV, IRR, Gross B/C, Net B/C and Payback Period.  The results showed that the catfish farming business is financially feasible to  continue and profitable with a positive NPV value, Net B/C and Gross B/C values  of more than one, IRR value greater than the prevailing interest rate of 6%, and  Payback Period value smaller than the economic life of the cultivation pond  which is 15 years. Non-financially, the catfish farming business is feasible in  terms of technology.  Keywords: catfish, income, sensitivity, financial and non financial    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan, menganalisis finansial  dan non finansial usaha budidaya ikan lele. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Kecamatan  Way Panji karena lokasi tersebut merupakan salah satu sentra penghasil produksi  ikan lele di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan  dari bulan Maret 2023 hingga bulan April 2023. Metode analisis data  menggunakan analisis pendapatan, analisis finansial dan sensitivitas, dan untuk  non finansial digunakan analisis deskriptif dengan menganalisis aspek teknis,  aspek pasar ekonomi, aspek sosial dan aspek lingkungan. Pendapatan atas biaya  total yang diperoleh pembudidaya ikan lele pada tahun 2022 adalah sebesar  Rp14.179.282/100m2 pada MT-1, Rp13.992.898/100m2 pada MT-2, dan  Rp14.440.894/100m2 pada MT-3. Nilai R/C rasio atas biaya total pada MT-1  sebesar 1,74, pada MT-2 sebesar 1,71 dan MT-3 sebesar 1,74 sehingga usaha  budidaya ikan lele menguntungkan bagi pembudidaya. Analisis finansial dihitung  menggunakan kriteria investasi antara lain NPV, IRR, Gross B/C, Net B/C dan  Payback Period. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara finansial usaha  budidaya ikan lele layak untuk dilanjutkan dan menguntungkan dengan nilai NPV  positif, nilai Net B/C dan Gross B/C lebih dari satu, nilai IRR lebih besar dari  suku bunga yang berlaku yaitu 6%, serta nilai Payback Period yang lebih kecil  dari umur ekonomis kolam budidaya yaitu 15 tahun. Secara non finansial, usaha  budidaya ikan lele layak ditinjau dari aspek teknis, aspek pasar ekonomi, aspek  sosial dan aspek lingkungan.
