"Penelitian ini mengenai analisis sentimen terhadap kinerja pelayanan di PT. Bank\r\nRakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Dataset yang digunakan sebanyak 1652 data Xs\r\nyang dikumpulkan sejak bulan Maret 2022 sampai dengan Februari 2023 yang\r\ndiklasifikasikan menjadi dua kelas, yaitu sentimen positif dan sentimen negatif.\r\nDalam memberikan pelayanan kepada nasabah antrian yang panjang kerap terjadi\r\nPT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. sehingga dapat menyebabkan komentarkomentar\r\nmengenai pelayanan. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. belum\r\nterdapat dalam menanggapi komentar nasabah seharusnya dibuatkan secara rutin\r\nanalisis sentimen terhadap kinerja pelayanan. Analisis sentimen dalam penelitian\r\nini menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes, dan KNearest\r\nNeighbors. Penelitian ini menerapkan penyeimbangan data pada dataset\r\ninbalanced menggunakan Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE)\r\nuntuk mendapatkan performa yang terbaik. Hasil evaluasi menggunakan algoritma\r\nSupport Vector Machine (SVM) pada dataset balanced yang menghasilkan kinerja\r\nyang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya akurasi sebesar 94,30%,\r\nalgortime Naïve Bayes sebesar 93,68% pada dataset balanced, sementara algoritma\r\nK-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) sebesar 88,31% pada dataset balanced. Perbandingan\r\nhasil kinerja berdasarkan ketiga metode yang telah digunakan menunjukan bahwa\r\nalgoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) lebih baik dibandingkan Naïve Bayes,\r\ndan K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) untuk analisis sentimen terhadap kinerja\r\npelayanan di PT. The dataset used is 1652 data Xs collected from\r\nMarch 2022 to February 2023, classified into two classes, namely positive and\r\nnegative sentiment. In providing services to customers, long queues often occur,\r\nPT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. so that it can lead to comments about\r\nthe service. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Yet to be available in\r\nresponse to customer comments, we should routinely make sentiment analysis on\r\nservice performance. Sentiment analysis in this study uses the Support Vector\r\nMachine (SVM), Naïve Bayes, and K-Nearest Neighbors methods. This study\r\napplies data balancing to inbalanced datasets using the Synthetic Minority Oversampling\r\nTechnique (SMOTE) for the best performance. The evaluation results use\r\nthe Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm on a balanced dataset, producing\r\nbetter performance than other methods with an accuracy of 94,30%. The Naïve\r\nBayes algorithm is 93,68% on a balanced dataset, while the K-Nearest Neighbors\r\n(KNN) algorithm is 88,31%.
