Wisata Pulau Kubur telah dibuka sebagai destinasi wisata sejak  tahun 2017 dan berlangsung hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan  Januari sampai Februari 2023 yang berlokasi di objek wisata Pulau Kubur Kecamatan  Teluk Betung Timur, Kota Bandar Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini  yaitu mempelajari kesesuaian wisata Pulau Kubur sebagai rekreasi pantai, daya  dukungnya, dan strategi pengembangannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode  deskriptif kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT (strengths, weaknes, opportunities,  threats). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis kesesuaian wisata Pulau  Kubur didapatkan nilai 2,56 dikategorikan S1 (sangat sesuai), sedangkan analisis  daya dukung kawasan wisata didapatkan nilai 1.198 orang/hari dan strategi pengembangan  yang digunakan untuk wisata Pulau Kubur adalah strategi S-O yaitu  memanfaatkan kekuatan untuk menciptakan peluang yang ada pada kawasan wisata  tersebut seperti halnya aksesibilitas jalan yang baik dan jarak yang tidak jauh  dari pusat kota memudahkan wisatawan untuk berkunjung, memanfaatkan keindahan  alam dengan mempromosikannya melalui media sosial, memanfaatkan  lowongan pekerjaan untuk masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan wisata  pantai.  Kata kunci: Daya dukung kawasan, kesesuaian wisata, Pulau Kubur, strategi  pengembangan    Kubur Island is located in Way Tataan Village, Teluk Betung Timur District,  Bandar Lampung City. The location of Kubur Island is close to the Lempasing  Fishing Port. Kubur Island Tourism has been opened as a tourist destination since  2017 and continues until now. This research was conducted from January to February  2023 which is located at the Kubur Island tourist attraction, Teluk Betung  Timur District, Bandar Lampung City. The purpose of this research was to study  the suitability of Kubur Island tourism as a beach recreation, carrying capacity,  and its development strategy. This study used a qualitative descriptive method  with a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats). Theresults  showed that the suitability analysis for Kubur Island tourism obtained a value of  2.56 categorized as S1 (very suitable), while the analysis of the carrying capacity  of the tourist area obtained a value of 1,198 people/day and the development strategy  used for Kubur Island tourism was the S-O strategy, namely utilizing strengths  to create opportunities that exist in the tourist area such as good road accessibility  and the distance not far from the city center made it easier for tourists to  visit, took advantage of natural beauty by promoting it through social media, took  advantage of job vacancies for the community in improving the management of  beach tourism.
