"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan ekstrak temulawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza) pada air minum terhadap bobot hidup, bobot karkas dan bobot lemak abdominal ayam KUB dan untuk mengetahui dosis terbaik ekstrak temulawak (Curcuma xanthorrhiza) dalam air minum terhadap bobot hidup, bobot karkas dan bobot lemak abdominal ayam KUB. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Desember 2022--Februari 2023 di Laboratorium Terpadu, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, setiap ulangan berisi 10 ekor ayam KUB. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu air minum tanpa ekstrak temulawak (P0), air minum dengan dosis 5 % ekstrak (P1), air minum dengan dosis 10 % ekstrak temulawak (P2) dan air minum dengan dosis 15 % ekstrak temulawak (P3). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis ragam pada taraf 5% dan uji lanjut yang digunakan adalah uji BNT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian esktrak temulawak dengan dosis yang berbeda dalam air minum ayam KUB, berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap bobot hidup, bobot karkas, dan bobot lemak abdominal ayam KUB.\r\n\r\nKata Kunci: Ayam KUB, Bobot Hidup, Bobot Karkas, Bobot Lemak Abdominal, Temulawak"^^ .
