Penelitian ini dilaksanakan November 2022--Januari 2023 di Jurusan Peternakan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung, Bandar lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kelompok sebagai ulangan, dengan menggunakan 12 kambing Rambon jantan. Perlakuannya adalah P1; ransum basal 100\%, P2; 90\% ransum basal + 10\% soybean meal, dan P3; 100\% rasum basal + mineral organik (Zn 40 ppm dan Cr 0,3 ppm), P4; 90\% ransum basal + 10\% soybean meal + mineral organik (Zn 40 ppm dan Cr 0,3 ppm). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis ragam pada taraf 5\% dan uji lanjut BNT. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap Glukosa Darah dan Total Protein Plasma pada kambing Rambon jantan. Kata kunci: Soybean meal dan mineral organik (Zn dan Cr) glukosa darah dan total protein plasma, Kambing Rambon jantan This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of soybean meal and organic minerals (Zn and Cr) on Blood Glucosa and Total Protein Plasma in male Rambon goats. This research was conducted November 2022-January 2023 at the Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, Univesity of Lampung, Bandar lampung. This study was conducted using a Randomized Group Design (RAK) with 4 treatments and 3 groups, using 12 male Rambon goats. The treatments were P1; 100\% basal ration, P2; 90\% basal ration + 10\% soybean meal, and P3; 100\% basal ration + organic minerals (Zn 40 ppm and Cr 0.3 ppm), P4; 90\% basal ration + 10\% soybean meal +. organic minerals (Zn 40 ppm and Cr 0.3 ppm). The data obtained were analyzed for variance at the 5\% level and BNT further test. The results of this study showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P{\ensuremath{>}}0.05) on Blood Glucose and Total Plasma Protein in male Rambon goats.
