Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara,   dokumentasi, dan observasi. Melalui teknik analisis interaktif, diperoleh hasil   penelitian sebagai berikut: Pertama, dalam pengambilan BPKB konsumen belum   ada sistem antre seperti di bank dengan menggunakan nomor antrian. Kedua,   belum ada SOP yang jelas antara tugas Customer Service dan pelayanan BPKB   dalam hal pengembalian BPKB yang sudah dilunasi oleh konsumen.   Kata Kunci: Pelayanan prima, Konsumen, Kualitatif, SOP, Sistem Antre. This study aims to determine the Consumer BPKB Administrative Services of PT   Fifgroup Lampung Branch. This research is a field research using a descriptive   qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews,   documentation, and observation. Through interactive analysis techniques, the   following research results are obtained: First, when taking BPKB consumers,   there is no queuing system like at a bank using a queue number. Second, there is   no clear SOP between Customer Service duties and BPKB services in terms of   returning BPKB that have been paid by consumers.
