%A 1023012047 TRI ROHAYATI %T PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN PERAN KOMITE SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI DI KECAMATAN TULANG BAWANG TENGAH KABUPATEN TULANG BAWANG BARAT %X ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh: kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, peran komite sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan peran komite sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Tulang Bawang Tengah. Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 134 orang dari 201 orang guru. Analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi ganda, yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji normalitas, linearitas dan homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 45%, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah maka semakin baik pula kinerja seorang guru, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara peran komite sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 31,7%, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik peran komite sekolah maka semakin baik pula kinerja seorang guru, 3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan peran komite sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 48,2%, mengandung arti bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan peran komite sekolah maka semakin baik pula kinerja seorang guru. Kata kunci:Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Peran Komite Sekolah Kinerja Guru ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to describe and analyze the effects of: principal leadership on teacher performance, school committee roles on teacher performance, and principal leadership and school committee roles simultaneously on teacher performance in public junior secondary schools (SMPN) throughout Tulang Bawang Tengah Subdistrict, Tulang Bawang Tengah District, Lampung. This study used an associative quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionaires and documentation. Sampling using Slovin formula was carried out to recruit a sample of 134 out of 201 teachers. Data analyze and hypothesis testing were done using both simple and multiple regression, after the assumptions of normality, linearity, and homogeneity of the data were ensured. Results of this study are: 1) there was a significant and positive effect of principal leadership on teacher performance (45%), implying that the better the principal leadership the better the teacher performance would be, 2) there was a significant and positive effect of school committee roles on teacher performance (31.7%), indicating that the better the school committe roles the better the teacher performance would be, 3) there was a significant and positive effect of principal leadership and school committee roles simultaneously on teacher performance (48.2%), indicating that the better the principal leadership and school committee roles, the better the teacher performance would be.
