This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling, where primary and secondary data are obtained from observations, documentation and questionnaires (tracer study). The subjects of this research were the graduates of the French Language and Education Department at the University of Lampung Class 2014 to 2019 with a total sample 70 out of 127 graduates. The results of this research showed that 29 graduates had education that was relevant to their jobs and 41 graduates had jobs that were not relevant to their education. Elective Courses such as Tourism, Translation, and Journalism have a positive impact on graduates themselves which can be a self-advantage compared to other colleagues. In addition to elective courses, other courses, especially Production Orale, Production Écrite, and Micro Teaching also have a positive role and impact on graduates? work performance, such as acquisition of hard skills and soft skills, as well as proficiency in foreign language, particularly spoken French.
