Penulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif  dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah  observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasil penulisan tugas akhir  yang telah penulis lakukan dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sarana prasarana di  perpustakaan Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia sudah cukup  memenuhi standar perpustakaan khusus No. 7 Tahun 2022, namun masih ada  beberapa sarana prasarana yang belum memenuhi seperti luas ruang perpustakaan,  meja baca, meja kursi, dan kursi baca. Dalam unsur kesehatan, kebersihan,  keselamatan, kenyamanan, dan keamanan sudah memenuhi fungsi utama dari  unsur-unsur standar nasional perpustakaan khusus. Sedangkan dari tata ruang  perpustakaan dapat disimpulkan bahwa unsur kesehatan dan kebersihan,  keselamatan, kenyamanan, keamanan juga sudah memenuhi fungsi utama dari  unsur-unsur standar nasional perpustakaan khusus.  Kata kunci: Pengelolaan Ruang, Sarana dan Prasarana, Perpustakaan    The author formulates the problem of how to manage the spatial layout, library  facilities and infrastructure in the South Lampung Regency Human Resources  Development Agency (BPSDM) library. The aim of this writing is to see how the  spatial planning, facilities and infrastructure of the library are managed at the  South Lampung Regency Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM).  This writing uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data  collection techniques used were observation, interviews, literature study and  documentation. As a result of writing the final assignment that the author has  done, it can be concluded that the infrastructure in the library of the Human  Resources Development Agency is sufficient to meet special library standards No.  7 of 2022, however there are still several infrastructure facilities that are not yet  adequate, such as the size of the library space, reading tables, desk chairs and  reading chairs. In the elements of health, cleanliness, safety, comfort and security,  it has fulfilled the main functions of the elements of national standards for special  libraries. Meanwhile, from the library layout it can be concluded that the elements  of health and cleanliness, safety, comfort and security have also fulfilled the main  function of the elements of the national standards for special libraries.
