Teknologi di bidang AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and   Construction) diperlukan untuk mempermudah proses pemeliharaan dan perawatan   gedung. Teknologi yang dapat digunakan yaitu dengan Building Information   Modeling (BIM). Salah satu software dari BIM yang dapat digunakan yaitu   Autodesk Revit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu memodelkan Gedung Kuliah   Bersama Politeknik Negeri Lampung dengan menerapkan konsep BIM untuk  mengeluarkan volume pekerjaan sebagai referensi untuk mengambil keputusan saat   akan dilakukan pemeliharaan dan perawatan serta melakukan perbandingan dari   hasil yang didapatkan dengan Bill of Quantity (BoQ) yang ada. Pemodelan   dilakukan dengan mengatur satuan, membuat grid dan level, membuat family  struktur serta memodelkannya, membuat family arsitektur serta memodelkannya,   membuat identity data, melakukan clash check, dan mengeluarkan volume   pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan volume pada pekerjaan cat dinding, pintu,   jendela, penutup lantai (keramik/granit), dan plafond dengan skenario berupa   volume untuk setiap ruangan pada tiap lantai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat   disimpulkan bahwa memodelkan Gedung Kuliah Bersama Politeknik Negeri   Lampung menggunakan konsep BIM dengan software Autodesk Revit 2023   merupakan metode yang lebih efektif dan efisien karena output volume yang   dihasilkan dapat dikhususkan pada salah satu lantai maupun ruangan tertentu saja,   serta output volume yang dihasilkan akan lebih detail dan akurat.  Kata kunci: Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk Revit, volume,   pemeliharaan dan perawatan.    ABSTRACT    The construction of the Joint Lecture Building at Lampung State Polytechnic is one   of the government's efforts to meet the infrastructure needs in the education sector.   Technology in the field of AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) is   needed to facilitate the operational and maintenance processes of the building. The   technology that can be used is Building Information Modeling (BIM). One of the   BIM software programs that can be employed is Autodesk Revit. The purpose of   this research is to model the Joint Lecture Building at Lampung State Polytechnic   by applying the BIM concept to obtain the volume of work as a reference for   making decisions when operational and maintenance will be carried out and  comparing the results obtained with the existing Bill of Quantity (BoQ). The   modeling process involves setting units, creating grids and levels, creating  structural families and modeling them, creating architectural families and modeling   them, entering identity data, conducting clash checks, and then issuing the volume  of work. This research produces the volume of work on wall paint, doors, windows,   tiles (ceramic/granite), and ceilings with scenarios in the form of volume for each   room on each floor. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that   modeling the Joint Lecture Building at Lampung State Polytechnic using the BIM   concept with Autodesk Revit 2023 software is a more effective and efficient method  because the produced volume output can be specialized to only one of the floors or   certain rooms, and the produced volume output will be more detailed and accurate.
