%X Pengembangan pariwisata merupakan pengembangan masyarakat untuk  memajukan tingkat hidup masyarakat dengan melestarikan identitas dan tradisi  lokal, meningkatkan tingkat pendapatan, daya serap tenaga kerja yang besar dan  berorientasi dengan teknologi yang kooperatif. Pengembangan wisata Way  Tebing Ceppa memanfaatkan potensi alam berupa sumber mata air langsung dari  kaki Gunung Rajabasa yang dikembangkan oleh masyarakat Desa Taman Baru  menjadi tempat wisata pemandian alam. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui  pengembangan pariwisata Way Tebing Ceppa yang dapat menciptakan  kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Taman Baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode  pendekatan kualitatif menekankan proses dan makna yang tidak diuji serta diukur  dengan data deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian  ini ialah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan  bahwa pengembangan objek wisata Way Tebing Ceppa menciptakan potensi  ekonomi bagi masyarakat dan desa. Bagi masyarakat pengembangan wisata ini  mampu untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan, berubahnya jenis pekerjaan,  mempengaruhi pendapatan masyarakat, kesempatan berwirausaha, lebih mengenal  teknologi. Sedangkan bagi desa mampu untuk menambah PADes, banyak  masyarakat berkunjung, masyarakat luar mengenal desa, pembangunan  infrastruktur, ditetapkan sebagai desa wisata. Pengembangan wisata Way Tebing  Ceppa sudah terpenuhi baik pada aspek daya tarik, fasilitas, akses, dan layanan  pendukung. Namun perlu adanya kerja sama dengan pihak lain untuk membantu  proses pengembangan wisata agar tahapan pengembangan bisa lebih cepat.  Kata Kunci: Pariwisata, Pengembangan Pariwisata, wisata Way Tebing Ceppa    Tourism development is community development to advance the level of  community life by preserving local identity and traditions, increasing income  levels, large labor absorption and oriented with cooperative technology. Way  Tebing Ceppa tourism development utilizes natural potential in the form of  springs directly from the foot of Mount Rajabasa which was developed by the  Taman Baru Village community into a natural bathing place. The purpose of the  study was to determine the development of Way Tebing Ceppa tourism that can  create the welfare of the Taman Baru Village community. This research uses a  qualitative approach method emphasizing processes and meanings that are not  tested and measured by descriptive data. The data collection techniques used in  this research are interviews, observation, documentation. The results of this study  indicate that the development of Way Tebing Ceppa tourist attraction creates  economic potential for the community and village. For the community, this  tourism development is able to open up jobs, change the type of work, affect  people's income, entrepreneurship opportunities, more familiarity with  technology. As for the village, it is able to increase PADes, many people visit,  outsiders recognize the village, infrastructure development, and is designated as a  tourist village. Way Tebing Ceppa tourism development has been fulfilled both in  the aspects of attractiveness, facilities, access, and supporting services. However,  there needs to be cooperation with other parties to help the tourism development  process so that the development stage can be faster.
