N2  - Gaya kepemimpinan yang melayani (Servant Leadership) Penelitian ini dilakukan
untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership terhadap
kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai yang bekerja pada Sekretariat Daerah
kabupaten Pringsewu. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampel jenuh. Teknik
analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana, koefisien
determinasi, koefisien korelasi, dan uji t dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS
Statistic 16. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai 76,4% pengaruh gaya
kepemimpinan servant leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun demikian
masih ada pengaruh lain sebesar 23,6% yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain
diluar gaya kepemimpinan servant leadership yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of servant leadership style on
employee performance. This research method uses quantitative research methods.
The population in this study were employees who worked at the Regional
Secretariat of Pringsewu Regency. The sampling technique is saturated sample.
Data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis, determination
coefficient, correlation coefficient, and t test with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic
16 software. Based on the results of the study obtained a value of 76.4% of the
influence of servant leadership style on employee performance. However, there is
still another influence of 23.6% which is influenced by other factors outside the
servant leadership style that are not examined by researchers.
