Penelitian    ini  menggunakan  data  time  series.  Metode  yang  digunakan  pada  penlitian  ini  yaitu    error  correction  model  untuk  melihat  pengaruh  jangka  pendek  dan  jangka  panjang    pada    variabel yang diuji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis EKC  tidak berlaku di Indonesia baik dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.  PDB per kapita berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap emisi CO2 dalam jangka  pendek dan jangka panjang. Ketimpangan pendapatan berpengaruh positif tidak  signifikan dalam jangka pendek dan negatif tidak signifikan dalam jangka panjang  terhadap emisi CO2 di Indonesia. Jumlah penduduk berpengaruh negatif tidak  signifikan dalam jangka pendek dan berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam jangka  panjang terhadap emisi CO2 di Indonesia. Secara simultan seluruh variabel  bersama sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap emisi CO2.   Kata Kunci: Emisi CO2, EKC, Ketimpangan, PDB, Penduduk     This study aims to look at the effect of GDP per capita, income inequality, and  population on CO2 emissions in Indonesia in 1990-2021 and see the existence of  the environmental kuznets curve in Indonesia. This study uses time series data.  The method used in this research is the error correction model to see the shortterm    and long-term effects on the variables tested. The results of the study show  that the EKC hypothesis does not apply in Indonesia, both in the short and long  term. GDP per capita has a significant positive effect on CO2 emissions in the  short and long term. Income inequality has no significant positive effect in the  short term and no significant negative effect in the long term on CO2 emissions in  Indonesia. The population has no significant negative effect in the short term and  a significant positive effect in the long term on CO2 emissions in Indonesia.  Simultaneously all variables together have a significant effect on CO2 emissions.   Keywords: CO2 Emissions, EKC, Inequality, GDP, Population
