%X Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kecenderungan perilaku bullying yang tinggi. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  hubungan  antara  self  esteem  dengan kecenderungan  perilaku  bullying  pada  siswa  di  SMA  Negeri  8  Bandar  Lampung tahun  ajaran  2022/2023.  Metode  penelitian  yang  digunakan  adalah  metode kuantitatif  dengan  jenis  penelitian  korelasional.  Populasi  dalam  penelitian  ini adalah siswa kelas X dan XI  yang berjumlah 591 siswa dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 118 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  menggunakan  skala  self  esteem  dan  skala kecenderungan  perilaku  bullying.  Teknik  analisis  data  menggunakan  korelasi product  moment.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  terdapat  hubungan  yang negatif dan signifikan antara self esteem dengan kecenderungan perilaku bullying. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan  koefisien  korelasi rhitung =  -0,370 >  rtabel = 0,180 pada taraf signifikansi (p) = 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil penelitian  dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa  semakin  tinggi  self  esteem  maka  semakin rendah  kecenderungan  perilaku  bullying  pada  siswa  di  SMA  Negeri  8  Bandar Lampung,  sebaliknya  semakin  rendah  self  esteem  maka  semakin  tinggi kecenderungan perilaku bullying pada siswa di SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung.  Kata kunci : self esteem, perilaku bullying. The  problem  in  this  research  is  the  high  tendency  for  bullying  behavior.  This research aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and the tendency for bullying behavior among students at SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung for the 2022/2023  academic  year.  The  research  method  used  is  a  quantitative  method with a correlational research type. The population in this study were students in classes  X  and  XI,  totaling  591  students  with  a  research  sample  of  118  students taken using random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques were carried out  using  a  self-esteem  scale  and  a  scale  for  bullying  behavior  tendencies.  The data  analysis  technique  uses  product  moment  correlation.  The  research  results show that there is a negative and significant relationship between self-esteem and the tendency to bully behavior. This is shown by the correlation coefficient rcount = -0.370 > rtable = 0.180 at a significance level (p) = 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The results of the research can be concluded that the higher self-esteem, the lower the tendency for bullying behavior among students at SMA Negeri  8  Bandar  Lampung,  conversely,  the  lower  self-esteem,  the  higher  the tendency  for  bullying  behavior  among  students  at  SMA  Negeri  8  Bandar Lampung.
