Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan persepsi guru tentang tipe kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kedisiplinan guru dengan kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan rancangan non exsperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan multistage random sampling sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang guru di Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis pertama melalui validasi materi dan desain yang dilakukan Pengujian hipotesis pertama dan kedua analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis ketiga menggunakan uji analisis korelasi ganda Hasil penelitian diperoleh adalah (1) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi guru tentang tipe kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru, (2) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kedisiplinan dengan kinerja guru, dan (3) Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi guru tentang tipe kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kedisiplinan guru secara simultan dengan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Persepsi Guru, Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Kedisplinan, dan Kinerja Guru The problem in this study is the low performance of primary school teachers in South Lampung Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between teachers' perceptions of the type of principal leadership and teacher discipline with teacher performance in primary schools in South Lampung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a non-experimental design. The sampling technique was multi-level random sampling such that the sample size was 50 primary school teachers in South Lampung Regency. Data collection techniques using questionnaire techniques. Testing of the first hypothesis through material and design validation was performed. Testing of the first and second hypotheses was analyzed using simple correlation techniques. Testing the third hypothesis using a multiple correlation analysis test The results obtained are (1) There is a significant association between teachers' perceptions of the leadership type of the principal and teacher performance, (2) There is a significant association between discipline and teacher performance, and ( 3) There is a significant difference between teachers' perceptions of principal's leadership type and teacher discipline concurrently with teacher performance.
