Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini  dengan menggunakan analisis uji korelasi sederhana menggunakan rumus korelasi  product moment dan korelasi ganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Ada hubungan antara power otot tungkai  dengan hasil tendangan penalti, nilai r  x1.y   = 0,761 > r   table     (0,05)(23)   = 0,413 dengan  kriteria korelasi kuat, 2) Ada hubungan antara keseimbangan dengan hasil  tendangan penalti, nilai r  x2.y   = 0,571 > r   table     (0,05)(23)   = 0,413, dengan kriteria korelasi  sedang, 3) Ada hubungan antara power otot tungkai dan keseimbangan dengan hasil  tendangan penalti, nilai r  x1x2.y   = 0,771 > r   table     (0,05)(23)   = 0,413, dengan kriteria  korelasi kuat.   Kata Kunci: keseimbangan, power otot tungkai, tendangan penalti   This study aims to determine the relationship between leg muscle power and  balance and the result of penalty kicks in football players UKM at the University of  Lampung.  This research is correlational. The research sampling technique used was total  sampling, with a total of 25 players from the University of Lampung football club.   The instruments used in this study were the leg muscle power test using the standing  broad jump, balance using the modifield bass test, and penalty kick accuracy using the  shooting test at goal. Data analysis techniques in this study used a simple  correlation test analysis using product moment correlation formulas and multiple  correlations.  The results showed that 1) There is a relationship between leg muscle power and  the result of penalty kicks; the value of r  x1.y   = 0,761 > r   table     (0,05)(23)   = 0,413 with  strong correlation criteria; 2) There is a relationship between balance and kick  accuracy penalty; the value of   rx2.y   = 0,571 > r   table     (0,05)(23  ) = 0.413 with moderate  correlation criteria; and 3) There is a relationship between leg muscle power and  balance with the result of penalty kicks; the value of r  x1x2y   = 0,771 > r   table     (0.05)(23)    = 0,413 with strong correlation criteria.
