?url_ver=Z39.88-2004&rft_val_fmt=info%3Aofi%2Ffmt%3Akev%3Amtx%3Adc&rft.title=IMPLEMENTASI+METODE+FUZZY+UNTUK+IDENTIFIKASI+PENYAKIT+THALASSEMIA&rft.creator=ERLIYAN+%2C+REDY+SUSANTO&rft.subject=500+ilmu+pengetahuan+alam+dan+matematika&rft.description=Thalassemia+merupakan+kelainan+darah+yang+berisiko+menimbulkan+komplikasi+serius+dan+memerlukan+biaya+perawatan+yang+tinggi.+Thalassemia+biasanya+baru+terdeteksi+ketika+anak+berusia+dua+sampai+empat+tahun.+Diagnosis+Thalassemia+membutuhkan+banyak+parameter+yang+harus+dipenuhi%2C+sehingga+sulit+dilakukan.+Dokter+mendiagnosis+Thalassemia+berdasarkan+hasil+pemeriksaan+laboratorium+Complete+Blood+Count+(CBC)+dan+High+Performance+Liquid+Chromatography+(HPLC).+Namun%2C+tes+HPLC+mahal+dan+membutuhkan+waktu+lama.+Oleh+karena+itu%2C+penelitian+ini+mengusulkan+penggunaan+Peripheral+Blood+Smear+(PBS)+sebagai+alternatif+yang+lebih+cepat+dan+murah+untuk+diagnosis+Thalassemia.+Penelitian+ini+memiliki+tiga+tujuan%2C+yaitu%3A+(1)+mengidentifikasi+peluang+untuk+memperoleh+kebaharuan+penelitian+di+bidang+kecerdasan+buatan+(AI)+dan+Thalassemia%2C+(2)+membuat+model+klasifikasi+Thalassemia+dengan+metode+fuzzy%2C+dan+(3)+membuat+model+skrining+Thalassemia+pada+anak+dengan+metode+fuzzy.+Metode+fuzzy+yang+diusulkan+menggunakan+fungsi+keanggotaan+yang+didasarkan+pada+pengetahuan+pakar+(dokter+spesialis+patologi+klinik).+Data+rekam+medis+rumah+sakit+digunakan+untuk+menguji+dan+mengevaluasi+kinerja+metode+ini.+Hasil+penelitian+ini+dirangkum+dalam+tiga+paper.+Paper+pertama+membahas+tentang+metode+analisis+bibliometrik+untuk+menemukan+peluang+memperoleh+kebaharuan+penelitian+terkait+Thalassemia+dan+AI.+Hasil+analisis+menunjukkan+bahwa+bidang+diagnostic+accuracy+adalah+bidang+yang+sedang+tren+dalam+penelitian+terkini.+Penelitian+ini+memberikan+kontribusi+berupa+rekomendasi+topik+penelitian+yang+berpotensi+memiliki+kebaruan+ilmiah.+Paper+kedua+membahas+tentang+model+prediksi+Thalassemia+dengan+metode+fuzzy.+Hasil+penelitian+menunjukkan+bahwa+model+dapat+memprediksi+jenis+Thalassemia+dan+non-Thalassemia+dengan+akurasi+yang+tinggi.+Penelitian+ini+memberikan+kontribusi+berupa+rekomendasi+model+fuzzy+dengan+empat+kelas+output%2C+yaitu%3A+Thalassemia+mayor%2C+intermedia%2C+minor%2C+dan+non-Thalassemia.+Paper+ketiga+membahas+tentang+model+skrining+Thalassemia+pada+anak+dengan+metode+fuzzy.+Hasil+penelitian+menunjukkan+bahwa+model+dapat+memprediksi+kemungkinan+adanya+kelainan+darah+dan+Thalassemia+dengan+menggunakan+data+CBC+dan+PBS.+Penelitian+ini+memberikan+kontribusi+berupa+rekomendasi+model+fuzzy+untuk+skrining+Thalassemia+yang+lebih+efisien+dan+efektif.%0D%0AKata+kunci+%3A+Kecerdasan+buatan%2C+Kelainan+darah%2C+Logika+Fuzzy%2C+Penyakit+Keturunan%2C+Thalassemia%0D%0AThalassemia+is+a+blood+disorder+that+poses+a+risk+of+serious+complications+and+requires+high-cost+treatment.+Thalassemia+is+usually+detected+when+a+child+is+two+to+four+years+old.+Thalassemia+diagnosis+requires+many+parameters+to+be+met%2C+making+it+difficult+to+perform.+Doctors+diagnose+Thalassemia+based+on+laboratory+test+results+of+Complete+Blood+Count+(CBC)+and+High+Performance+Liquid+Chromatography+(HPLC).+However%2C+the+HPLC+test+is+expensive+and+time-consuming.+Therefore%2C+this+study+proposes+the+use+of+Peripheral+Blood+Smear+(PBS)+as+a+faster+and+cheaper+alternative+for+Thalassemia+diagnosis.+This+study+has+three+objectives%2C+namely%3A+(1)+to+identify+opportunities+to+obtain+novelty+in+research+in+the+field+of+artificial+intelligence+(AI)+and+Thalassemia%2C+(2)+to+create+a+Thalassemia+classification+model+using+fuzzy+methods%2C+and+(3)+to+create+a+Thalassemia+screening+model+for+children+using+fuzzy+methods.+The+proposed+fuzzy+method+uses+membership+functions+based+on+expert+knowledge+(clinical+pathology+specialists).+Hospital+medical+records+data+are+used+to+test+and+evaluate+the+performance+of+this+method.+The+results+of+this+study+are+summarized+in+three+papers.+The+first+paper+discusses+the+bibliometric+analysis+method+to+find+opportunities+to+obtain+novelty+in+research+related+to+Thalassemia+and+AI.+The+analysis+results+show+that+the+field+of+diagnostic+accuracy+is+a+trending+field+in+current+research.+This+study+provides+a+contribution+in+the+form+of+research+topic+recommendations+that+have+the+potential+to+have+scientific+novelty.+The+second+paper+discusses+the+Thalassemia+prediction+model+using+fuzzy+methods.+The+research+results+show+that+the+model+can+predict+the+types+of+Thalassemia+and+non-Thalassemia+with+high+accuracy.+This+study+provides+a+contribution+in+the+form+of+fuzzy+model+recommendations+with+four+output+classes%2C+namely%3A+Thalassemia+major%2C+intermedia%2C+minor%2C+and+non-Thalassemia.+The+third+paper+discusses+the+Thalassemia+screening+model+for+children+using+fuzzy+methods.+The+research+results+show+that+the+model+can+predict+the+possibility+of+blood+disorders+and+Thalassemia+using+CBC+and+PBS+data.+This+study+provides+a+contribution+in+the+form+of+fuzzy+model+recommendations+for+more+efficient+and
