%X Pembangunan desa menjadi salah satu penentu pergerakan pembangunan  nasional. Sebagai salah satu bentuk kepedulian pembangunan perdesaan, smart  village dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung. Di Desa Sumber Rejo,  penerapan smart village baru mencapai tahap smart government dimana tahap ini  bertujuan untuk melaksanakan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dengan website  OpenSID sebagai wadah dari sistem informasi desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  memperoleh deskripsi dan analisis terkait implementasi kebijakan sistem  informasi desa berbasis website OpenSID. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah  pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik penelitian ini  menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan model  implementasi kebijakan Charles O. Jones. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa,  pada variabel Organisasi sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dengan menunjukkan  keseriusan persiapan tim organisasi pelaksana dan sumber daya, variabel  interpretasi sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik dimana proses interpretasi baik dari  badan pembuat kebijakan kepada badan pelaksana maupun badan pelaksana  kepada kelompok sasaran, dan variabel aplikasi sudah dilakukan dengan baik,  meskipun terjadi halangan berupa keterbatasan skill IT, hal ini tidak menghalangi  keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi desa berbasis OpenSID. Sebagai  saran, aparatur pemerintah desa perlu meningkatkan kemampuan dasar  penggunaan teknologi informasi seperti memasukkan, menyimpan dan mengelola  informasi.  Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Smart village, Desa    The development of villages has become one of the determinants of national  development. As a form of concern for rural development, the Smart village  program was introduced by the Provincial Government of Lampung. In Sumber  Rejo village, the implementation of Smart village has only reached the Smart  Government stage which is the goal is to carry out governance through the  OpenSID website as a platform for the village information system. This research  aims to obtain a description and analysis related to the implementation of the  village information system policy based on the OpenSID website. The approach  used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This research technique  involves interviews and documentation using Charles O. Jones policy  implementation model. The research results indicate that, in terms of the  Organization variable, it has been implemented well, demonstrating the  seriousness of the preparation of the implementing organization's team and  resources. The Interpretation variable has also been well implemented, with a  good interpretation process from policy-making bodies to implementing bodies as  well as from implementing bodies to target groups. The Application variable has  been carried out well, although there were obstacles in the form of limited IT  skills. However, this did not hinder the success of implementing the village  information system based on OpenSID. As a suggestion, village government  officials need to improve their basic skills in using information technology, such  as entering, storing, and managing information.
