Saat  ini, jurusan ilmu komputer memiliki website versi berbahasa inggris yang  merupakan salah satu pendukung terakreditasinya ASIIN, namun website tersebut  memiliki beberapa permasalahan pada user interface, seperti tata letak konten yang  kurang tepat, ukuran icon yang tidak preposisi, dll. Fokus pada penelitian ini ialah  bagaimana memperbaiki tampilan desain antarmuka pada website. Evaluasi  usability pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode think aloud serta System Usabily  Scale (SUS). Metode perbaikan yang digunakan adalah design thinking dengan  melibatkan pengguna. Bahasan pada penelitian ini adalah menentukan  permasalahan pengguna, menangani kebutuhan pengguna, membuat desain solusi,  mengimplementasikan hasil desain solusi pada sebuah website, serta mengevaluasi  website tersebut. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa desain solusi yang  dibuat menggunakan metode design thinking lebih baik daripada desain awal. Hal  tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai kepuasan yang dihitung dengan menggunakan  system usability scale dan presentase verbal behavior analysis yang lebih baik,  yaitu meningkatkan nilai sus yang semula 37,5 menjadi 89,17 ; komentar positif  dari nilai sebelumnya yang hanya sebesar 8,1% menjadi 75% ; serta komentar  negatif dari nilai sebelumnya yang hanya sebesar 48,7% menjadi 5,6%.  Kata kunci: Design thinking, system usability scale, think aloud, user interface    Computer science is one of the majors at the University of Lampung.  Currently, the computer science department has an English version of the website  which is one of the supports for ASIIN accreditation, but the website has several  problems with the user interface, such as inappropriate content layout,  inappropriate icon sizes, etc. The focus of this research is how to improve the  appearance of the interface design on the website. Usability evaluation in this  research used the think aloud method and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The  improvement method used is design thinking by involving users. The discussion in  this research is determining user problems, addressing user needs, creating  solution designs, implementing the solution design results on a website, and  evaluating the website. The results of this research show that the solution design  created using the design thinking method is better than the initial design. This can  be seen from the satisfaction value calculated using a usability scale system and a  better percentage of verbal behavior analysis, namely increasing the sus value from  37.5 to 89.17; positive comments from the previous value which was only 8.1% to  75% ; as well as negative comments from the previous value which was only 48.7%  to 5.6%.
