Secara khusus, konsumen sangat\r\nmempertimbangkan faktor-faktor ini ketika memilih produk Es Krim dan Teh\r\nMixue. Survei terstruktur dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data dari sampel\r\nkonsumen yang representatif di Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara\r\nkuantitatif terhadap 112 responden. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap seluruh\r\nmasyarakat lampung yang mengetahui tentang Mixue dan pernah mengkonsumsi\r\nproduk Mixue Ice Cream dan Tea Lampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah\r\nStructural Equation Model dengan software SmartPLS 4.0 tahun 2023. Hasil\r\npenelitian ini membuktikan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif terhadap niat beli.\r\nHarga berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kualitas produk\r\nberpengaruh positif terhadap niat pembelian. Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif\r\nterhadap keputusan pembelian. Niat membeli berpengaruh positif terhadap\r\nkeputusan pembelian. \r\n\r\nKata Kunci: harga, kualitas produk, keputusan pembelian, minat membeli \r\nThis study examines the influence between price, product quality, purchase\r\ndecisions, and purchase intention in the context of Mixue Ice Cream and Tea in\r\nLampung. As the food and beverage market in Indonesian continues to grow,\r\nunderstanding the factors that influence consumer choices is of paramount\r\nimportance to businesses operating in this industry. Specifically, consumers weigh\r\nthese factors heavily when choosing Mixue Ice Cream and Tea products. A\r\nstructured survey was conducted to gather data from a representative sample of the\r\nconsumers in Lampung. This research was conducted quantitatively on 112\r\nrespondents. The research was conducted on all Lampung people who know about\r\nMixue and have consumed Mixue Ice Cream and Tea Lampung products. The\r\nmethod used is Structural Equation Model with SmartPLS 4.0 software in 2023.\r\nThe results of this research prove that price has a positive effect on purchase\r\nintention. Price has a positive effect on purchase decisions. Product quality has a\r\npositive effect on purchase intention. Product quality has a positive effect on\r\npurchase decisions.
