        abstract = {Fenomena meme di dunia internet terkhususnya dalam sosial media,
banyak menarik para pengguna internet. Melihat fenomena yang ada, penggunaan
meme sebagai saluran media dalam menyampaikan informasi menjadi hal yang
menarik. Bagaimana meme tersebut efektif dalam menyampaikan pesan yang
mengandung informasi mengenai kekristenan yang dibalut dengan komedi satir
dengan bertujuan untuk menambah pengetahuan para pengikut akun
@kresten.selubung. Melalui penelitian ini dapat diketahui efektivitas meme dari
akun @kresten.selubung terhadap pengetahuan mengenai kekristenan, dengan
menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif serta penelitian survei.
Melalui survei angket yang dilakukan terhadap pengikut akun instagram
kresten.selubung hasil penelitian menujukan: Meme yang dibagikan oleh akun
@kresten.selubung terbukti efektif terhadap pengetahuan mengenai kekristenan.
Berdasarkan uji hipotesis, diperoleh hasil bahwa T hitung lebih besar dari T tabel (
13,305 {\ensuremath{>}} 1,985 ), serta hasil skor efektivitas sebesar 80,66\% dengan Nilai korelasi
64,4\% dimana efektivitas meme akun @kresten.selubung memberikan pengaruh
terhadap pengetahuan mengenai kekristenan sebesar 64,4\%. Serta penggunaan
media sosial Instagram melalui fitur ? fitur yang tersedia dapat menunjang aktivitas
akun @kresten.selubung dalam membagikan memenya.

The phenomenon of memes in the internet world, especially in social media,
attracts a lot of internet users. Seeing the existing phenomenon, the use of memes
as a media channel in conveying information is an interesting thing. How the meme
is effective in conveying messages that contain information about Christianity
wrapped in satirical comedy with the aim of increasing the knowledge of the
followers of the account. Through this research, it can be seen the effectiveness of
memes from the @kresten.selubung account on knowledge about Christianity,
using descriptive quantitative approaches and survey research. Through a
questionnaire survey conducted on followers of the kresten.selubung Instagram
account, the results of the research show: The memes shared by the
@kresten.selubung account are proven to be effective against knowledge about
Christianity. Based on the hypothesis test, the result is that T count is greater than
T table (13.305 {\ensuremath{>}} 1.985), and the effectiveness score is 80.66\% with a correlation
value of 64.4\% where the effectiveness of the @kresten.selubung account has an
influence on knowledge about Christianity. by 64.4\%. And the use of Instagram
social media through the available features can support the activity of the
@kresten.selubung account in sharing memes.
