%A SAZENA MAYANG %T EFEKTIVITAS SUPLEMENTASI TEMU IRENG (Curcuma aeruginosa) DALAM KONSENTRAT TERHADAP TOTAL ERITROSIT, HEMOGLOBIN, PACKED CELL VOLUME (PCV) DARAH KAMBING JAWARANDU %X Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan level terbaik pemberian suplementasi temu ireng (Curcuma aeruginosa) dalam konsentrat terhadap total eritrosit, hemoglobin, dan Packed Cell Volume (PCV) darah kambing Jawarandu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Maret?Mei 2024 di Desa Adijaya, Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Provinsi Lampung. Pemeriksaan total eritrosit, hemoglobin, dan packed cell volume dilaksanakan di RSH Prof. Soeparwi Universitas Gadjah Mada. Percobaan dilakukan pada 12 ekor kambing Jawarandu jantan, dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok berdasarkan bobot badan dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan P0 : Konsentrat, P1 : Konsentrat + 750 mg/ekor/hari Temu ireng (Curcuma aeruginosa), P2 : Konsentrat + 1.500 mg/ekor/hari Temu ireng (Curcuma aeruginosa), P3 : Konsentrat + 2.250 mg/ekor/hari Temu ireng (Curcuma aeruginosa). Peubah yang diamati adalah total eritrosit, hemoglobin, dan packed cell volume (PCV). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa penambahan tepung temu ireng dalam konsentrat pada kambing Jawarandu memiliki nilai rata-rata jumlah hemoglobin dan packed cell volume dalam kisaran normal, sedangkan pada rata-rata total eritrosit berada diatas kisaran normal Kata kunci : Hemoglobin, Kambing Jawarandu, Total Eritrosit, Packed Cell Volume (PCV), Temu Ireng This study aims to determine the effect and optimal level of supplementation with black turmeric (Curcuma aeruginosa) in concentrate on total erythrocytes, hemoglobin, and Packed Cell Volume (PCV) of Jawarandu goats blood. The research was conducted from March to May 2024 in Adijaya Village, Terbanggi Besar Subdistrict, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. Total erythrocytes, hemoglobin, and PCV were examined at RSH Prof. Soeparwi, Gadjah Mada University. The experiment involved 12 male Jawarandu goats, using a Randomized Block Design based on body weight with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments were: P0: Concentrate, P1: Concentrate + 750 mg/goat/day Black Turmeric (Curcuma aeruginosa), P2: Concentrate + 1,500 mg/goat/day Black Turmeric, P3: Concentrate + 2,250 mg/goat/day Black Turmeric. The observed variables were total erythrocytes, hemoglobin, and PCV. The results showed that adding black turmeric powder to the concentrate for Jawarandu goats resulted in average hemoglobin and PCV values within the normal range, while the average total erythrocytes were above the normal range.
