SMA YP UNILA Bandar Lampung. Permasalaham dalam penelitian ini adalah
apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Value Clarification Technique
(VCT) dalam meningkatkan kesadaran sejarah pada siswa kelas XI IPS di SMA
YP Unila Bandar Lampung TA 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode

komparatif dengan desain Quasi-Eksperimenat Designs dalam bentuk Non-
Equivalent Control Group yang akan membuat dua kelompok eksperimen yang

tidak dipilih melalui Random . Dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
meningkatkan kesadaran sejarah siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran
Value Clarification Technique (VCT). Instrument yang digunakan adalah catatan
lapangan dan tes (pre test dan post test). Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian tersebut
menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Value Clarification
Technique (VCT) dapat meningkatkan kesadaran sejarah, hal ini ditunjukan
bahwa nilai thitung 10.779 dan nilai sig.0,000. Sehingga, nilai sig. 0,000 {\ensuremath{<}} 0,05,
maka Ho di tolak dan Ha di terima. Artinya, terdapat pengaruh pada Mata
Pelajaran Sejarah, dengan menggunakan model Value Clarification Technique
(VCT) terhadap meningkatknya kesadaran sejarah siswa kelas XI IPS SMA YP
UNILA Bandar Lampung.

This research is about the influence of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT)
learning model in increasing historical awareness in class XI social studies at
SMA YP UNILA Bandar Lampung. The problem in this study is whether there is
an influence of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model in
increasing historical awareness in grade XI social studies students at SMA YP
Unila Bandar Lampung FY 2023/2024. This study used a comparative method
with Quasi-Experimental Designs in the form of a Non-Equivalent Control Group
that would create two experimental groups that were not selected through
random. Where this research aims to increase students' historical awareness
through the application of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning
model. The instruments used are field notes and tests (pre test and post test).
Based on the results of the study, it shows that the use of the Value Clarification
Technique (VCT) learning model can increase historical awareness, it is shown
that the calculated value is 10,779 and the sig value is 0.000. So, the sig value.
0.000 {\ensuremath{<}} 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an
influence on the History Subject, using the Value Clarification Technique (VCT)
model on increasing historical awareness of class XI IPS students at SMA YP
UNILA Bandar Lampung.
