"Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi digital, online customer rating dan online\r\ncustomer review pada google review telah menjadi salah satu bentuk strategi\r\nkomunikasi pemasaran melalui komunikasi electronic word of mouth (e-wom) yang\r\nmampu memengaruhi keputusan pembelian serta kemudahan akses untuk memilih\r\ntempat yang akan dikunjungi. Salah satu bisnis yang memanfaatkan google review\r\nadalah Muara Café and Space. Oleh karena itu, adanya penelitian ini bertujuan\r\nuntuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh online customer rating dan online\r\ncustomer review pada google review terhadap keputusan pembelian di Muara Café\r\n\r\nand Space. Penelitian ini menggunakan model teori electronic word of mouth (e-\r\nwom). Tipe penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survey dengan\r\n\r\nmenggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan\r\npengunjung di Muara Café and Space. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada\r\npenelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan\r\nmenggunakan program SPSS version 25 for windows, untuk mengukur sejauh mana\r\nvariabel online customer rating dan online customer review berpengaruh terhadap\r\nkeputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial,\r\nonline customer rating pada google review (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap\r\nkeputusan pembelian (Y) dengan nilai t hitung 6,204 > t tabel 1,980, dan online\r\ncustomer review pada google review (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap\r\nkeputusan pembelian (Y) dengan nilai t hitung 15,750 > t tabel 1,980. Sedangkan,\r\nsecara simultan online customer rating (X1) dan online customer review pada\r\ngoogle review (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) di Muara Café and Space\r\nberpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,735 atau 73,5%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar\r\n26,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.\r\nKata Kunci: Online Customer Rating, Online Customer Review, dan Keputusan\r\nPembelian, Model Teori Electronic Word of Mouth (E-Wom)\r\n\r\n\r\nAlong with the development of digital technology, online customer ratings and\r\nonline customer reviews on google reviews have become one form of marketing\r\ncommunication strategy through electronic word of mouth (E-Wom) communication\r\nthat can influence purchasing decisions and ease of access to choose a place to\r\nvisit. One of the businesses that utilizes Google Reviews is Muara Café and Space.\r\nTherefore, this study aims to determine how much influence online customer ratings\r\nand online customer reviews on google reviews have on purchasing decisions at\r\nMuara Café and Space. This study uses the electronic word of mouth (e-WOM)\r\ntheory model. This type of research is quantitative with a survey method using a\r\nquestionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who are visitors to Muara Café and\r\nSpace. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis\r\nprocessed using the SPSS version 25 for Windows program, to measure the extent\r\nto which online customer rating and online customer review variables influence\r\npurchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that partially, online\r\ncustomer rating on google review (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing\r\ndecisions (Y) with a calculated t value of 6.204 > t table 1.980, and online customer\r\nreview on google review (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y)\r\nwith a calculated t value of 15.750 > t table 1.980. Meanwhile, simultaneously\r\nonline customer rating (X1) and online customer review on google review (X2) on\r\npurchasing decisions (Y) at Muara Café and Space have a significant effect of 0.735\r\nor 73.5%.
