abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel model perilaku Kepemimpinan Ohio
kepala sekolah, motivasi guru dan budaya sekolah terhadap komitmen profesi guru SMA Negeri
di kota Bandar Lampung baik secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan
pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis ex post facto, dengan populasi sebesar 913. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling dengan sampel sebesar 278
guru SMA Negeri di Kota Bandar Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner.
Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan model perilaku Kepemimpinan
Ohio kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen profesi guru SMA Negeri di kota Bandar Lampung
(0,440), motivasi guru terhadap komitmen profesi guru SMA di kota Bandar Lampung (0,333),
budaya sekolah terhadap komitmen profesi guru SMA Negeri di kota Bandar Lampung (0,530),
model perilaku Kepemimpinan Ohio kepala sekolah dan motivasi guru terhadap komitmen
profesi guru SMA Negeri di kota Bandar Lampung (0,667), motivasi guru dan budaya sekolah
terhadap komitmen profesi guru SMA Negeri di kota Bandar Lampung (0,616), model perilaku
kepemimpinan Ohio kepala sekolah dan, budaya sekolah terhadap komitmen profesi guru SMA
Negeri di kota Bandar Lampung (0,576), model perilaku kepemimpinan Ohio kepala sekolah,
motivasi guru dan budaya sekolah terhadap komitmen profesi guru SMA Negeri di kota Bandar
Lampung (0,686)

ABSTRACT

This research aims to examine the influence of the Ohio Leadership behavior model variables of
school principals, teacher motivation and school culture on the professional commitment of high
school teacher in the city of Bandar Lampung both partially and simultaneously. This research
uses a quantitative approach with an ex post facto type, with a population of 913. The population
in this research are State High School teachers in Bandar Lampung City. The sampling
technique used in this research was simple random sampling with a sample of 278 State High
School teachers in Bandar Lampung City. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire.
Data analysis uses simple regression tests and multiple regression tests. The results of the
research show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Ohio Leadership
behavioral model of school principals on the professional commitment of high school teachers
in the city of Bandar Lampung (0,440), teacher motivation on the professional commitment
of high school teachers in the city of Bandar Lampung (0,333), school culture on the
professional commitment of teachers high school in the city of Bandar Lampung (0,530), Ohio
Leadership behavior model of school principals and teacher motivation towards professional
commitment of high school teachers in the city of Bandar Lampung (0,667), teacher motivation
and school culture towards professional commitment of high school teachers in the city of
Bandar Lampung (0,616 ), Ohio leadership behavior model of school principals and school
culture towards the professional commitment of high school teachers in the city of Bandar
Lampung (0,576), Ohio leadership behavior model of school principals, teacher motivation and
school culture towards the professional commitment of high school teachers in the city of
Bandar Lampung (0,686).
