?url_ver=Z39.88-2004&rft_val_fmt=info%3Aofi%2Ffmt%3Akev%3Amtx%3Adc&rft.title=KOMPETENSI+PEGAWAI+NEGERI+SIPIL+PADA+DINAS%0D%0APEMBERDAYAAN+MASYARAKAT%2C+DESA+DAN+TRANSMIGRASI%0D%0A%0D%0APROVINSI+LAMPUNG&rft.creator=Desi+%2C+Maharani+Nathaniela%09&rft.subject=300+Ilmu+sosial&rft.description=Berdasarkan+data+laporan+Laporan+Peringkat+Indeks+Desa+Membangun%0D%0AKementerian+Desa%2C+PDT%2C+dan+Transmigrasi%2C+diketahui+jika+Provinsi+Lampung+masih%0D%0Amenempati+peringkat+ke+17+hanya+berbeda+sedikit+dari+provinsi+lain+yang+berstatus%0D%0Aberkembang.+Sehingga+capaian+Dinas+PMDT+Provinsi+Lampung+masih+perlu%0D%0Aditingkatkan.+Keberhasilan+Dinas+Pemberdayaan+Masyarakat%2C+Desa+dan%0D%0ATransmigrasi+Provinsi+Lampung+dalam+mencapai+kinerja+yang+baik+tentu+saja%0D%0Adipengaruhi+oleh+peran+pegawai.+Namun+saat+ini%2C+Dinas+PMDT+Provinsi+Lampung%0D%0Amasih+memiliki+beberapa+permasalahan+terkait+dengan+belum+optimalnya%0D%0Akompetensi+yang+dimiliki+oleh+pegawai%2C+terutama+berkaitan+dengan+motivasi+dan%0D%0Apendidikan.%0D%0ATujuan+penelitian+ini+untuk+mengetahui+kompetensi+PNS+pada+Dinas+PMDT%0D%0AProvinsi+Lampung+apakah+berkompeten+atau+tidak+berkompeten.+Penelitian+ini%0D%0Amenggunakan+metode+deskriptif+dengan+pendekatan+kualitatif.+Informan+dipilih%0D%0Amelalui+teknik+purposive+sampling.+Teknik+pengumpulan+data+dengan+observasi%2C%0D%0Awawancara+mendalam+dan+dokumentasi.+Data+yang+dikumpulkan+dianalisis+dengan%0D%0Ateori+kompetensi+yang+dikemukakan+oleh+Spencer+and+Spencer%2C+yang+telah%0D%0Adijelaskan+dalam+Sutrisno+(2009).%0D%0AHasil+penelitian+menunjukkan+bahwa+PNS+pada+Dinas+PMDT+Provinsi%0D%0ALampung+sudah+berkompeten.+Pada+aspek+motivess+PNS+sudah+dapat+menjalankan%0D%0Atugas-tugas+mereka+sesuai+dengan+deskripsi+pekerjaan+yang+telah+ditetapkan.+Pada%0D%0Aaspek+trait+PNS+sudah+memiliki+traits+yang+baik+seperti+ketepatan%2C+ketelitian%2C+dan%0D%0A%0D%0Akonsistensi+dalam+menjalankan+tugas-tugas.+PNS+Dinas+PMDT+memiliki+Self-%0D%0Aconcept+yang+kuat+dan+positif%2C+dapat+dilihat+dari+tingkat+kedisiplinan+para+pegawai%0D%0A%0D%0Ayang+tinggi.PNS+Dinas+PMDT+memiliki+pengetahuan+yang+baik+terhadap+tugas%0D%0Apokok+dan+fungsinya%2C+para+pegawai+disediakan+pelatihan+yang+relevan+dan%0D%0Aberkualitas%2C+komunikasi+terbuka%2C+pemberian+umpan+balik+konstruktif%2C+dan%0D%0Amendorong+kolaborasi.+Namun+pada+aspek+Skill%2C+PNS+Dinas+PMDT+masih+harus%0D%0Ameningkatkan+keterampilan+mereka%2C+terutama+peningkatan+pada+soft+skill.%0D%0APeningkatan+dibutuhkan+terutama+pada+kemampuan+berkomunikasi+yang+efektif%2C%0D%0Aempati%2C+kemampuan+pemecahan+masalah%2C+dan+kepemimpinan.%0D%0AKata+Kunci%3A+Kompetensi%2C+Pegawai+Negeri+Sipil%2C+Dinas+PMDT+Provinsi+Lampung%0D%0ABased+on+data+from+the+Ministry+of+Villages%2C+PDT%2C+and+Transmigration's%0D%0AVillage+Development+Index+Ranking+Report%2C+it+is+evident+that+Lampung+Province+is%0D%0Acurrently+ranked+17th%2C+showing+only+slight+variation+compared+to+other+provinces%0D%0Ain+a+similar+developmental+status.+Therefore%2C+there+is+a+pressing+need+to+enhance%0D%0Athe+achievements+of+the+Lampung+Province+PMDT+Office.+The+success+of+the%0D%0ALampung+Province+Community%2C+Village%2C+and+Transmigration+Empowerment+Office%0D%0Ain+achieving+commendable+performance+is+significantly+influenced+by+the+role+of+its%0D%0Aemployees.+However%2C+the+PMDT+Office+of+Lampung+Province+currently+faces%0D%0Aseveral+challenges%2C+particularly+concerning+suboptimal+employee+competence%2C%0D%0Aespecially+in+terms+of+motivation+and+education.%0D%0AThe+objective+of+this+study+was+to+assess+the+competence+of+civil+servants+at%0D%0Athe+PMDT+Office+of+Lampung+Province%2C+determining+whether+they+exhibit%0D%0Acompetence+or+incompetence.+This+research+employed+a+descriptive+method+with+a%0D%0Aqualitative+approach.+Informants+were+selected+using+purposive+sampling%0D%0Atechniques.+Data+collection+involved+observation%2C+in-depth+interviews%2C+and%0D%0Adocumentation.+The+data+collected+were+analyzed+using+the+competency+theory%0D%0Aproposed+by+Spencer+and+Spencer%2C+as+elucidated+by+Sutrisno+(2009).%0D%0AThe+results+indicated+that+civil+servants+at+the+Lampung+Province+PMDT%0D%0AOffice+are+competent.+In+terms+of+motivation%2C+civil+servants+are+able+to+carry+out%0D%0Atheir+duties+in+accordance+with+their+job+descriptions.+Regarding+traits%2C+civil%0D%0Aservants+demonstrate+good+qualities+such+as+accuracy%2C+thoroughness%2C+and%0D%0Aconsistency+in+task+execution.+Employees+at+the+PMDT+Office+exhibit+a+strong+and%0D%0Apositive+self-concept%2C+reflected+in+their+high+level+of+discipline.+They+also+possess+a%0D%0Agood+understanding+of+their+primary+responsibilities+and+functions.+Furthermore%2C%0D%0Aemployees+receive+relevant+and+high-quality+training%2C+experience+open%0D%0Acommunication%2C+receive+constructive+feedback%2C+and+are+encouraged+to+collaborate.%0D%0AHowever%2C+in+terms+of+skills%2C+civil+servants+at+the+PMDT+Office+still+need+to+enhance%0D%0Atheir+abilities%2C+particularly+in+improving+their+soft+skills.+There+is+a+specifi
