Tugas dan profesi seorang guru di bidang pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen sejatinya menjalankan fungsinya sebagai guru yang melayani. Guru agama Kristen memiliki peran yang besar sebagai seorang pendidik yang memberi pengaruh melalui pengajaran dan keteladanan kepada murid. Dengan demikian guru Yayasan Kristen memiliki tugas yang sangat kompleks dalam menjalankan profesinya sebagai pemimpin dan pendidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan nilai-nilai rohani giving, Supporting, carring, cheering dan loyal dengan profesionalitas guru yayasan pendidikan Kristen Metro Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, sampel penelitian berjumlah 20 responden guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan nilai rohani giving sebesar 0,036 dengan rhitung 0,535, nilai rohani supporting sebesar 0,026 dengan rhitung 0,624, nilai rohani carring sebesar 0,006 dengan rhitung 0,513, nilai rohani cheering sebesar 0,008 dengan rhitung 0,402, nilai rohani loyal sebesar 0,018 dengan rhitung 0,663. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai-nilai rohani GKSBS memberikan dampak pada profesionalitas guru Yayasan Pendidikan Kristen Metro. The duties and profession of a teacher in the field of Christian Religious Education actually carry out its function as a serving teacher. The Christian teacher has a big role as an educator who influences through teaching and example to students. Thus, Christian Foundation teachers have a very complex task in carrying out their profession as leaders and educators. This study aims to determine the relationship between the spiritual values of giving, supporting, carring, cheering and loyal with the professionalism of teachers of the Metro Lampung Christian Education Foundation. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, the research sample amounted to 20 teacher respondents. Data analysis techniques using Chi Square analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the spiritual value of giving of 0.036 with rcount 0.535, the spiritual value of supporting of 0.026 with rcount 0.624, the spiritual value of carring of 0.006 with rcount 0.513, the spiritual value of cheering of 0.008 with rcount 0.402, the spiritual value of loyal of 0.018 with rcount 0.663. Based on these results, it can be concluded that GKSBS spiritual values have an impact on the professionalism of Metro Christian Education Foundation teachers.
