%T PENGARUH PERUBAHAN TUTUPAN LAHAN DAN HUTAN  TERHADAP PRODUK DOMESTIK REGIONAL BRUTO (PDRB) PADA  SEKTOR PERTANIAN, INDUSTRI, DAN PARIWISATA DI PROVINSI    LAMPUNG

%X Perubahan penutupan lahan berdampak pada perekonomian pada sektor pertanian  dan industri di Provinsi Lampung. Secara makro, pertumbuhan dan peningkatan  PDRB setiap tahun merupakan indikator keberhasilan pembangunan sebuah  wilayah. Perekonomian Provinsi Lampung di tahun 2023 didominasi oleh sektor  pertanian dan industri. Adapun lapangan usaha dengan pertumbuhan tertinggi di  tahun 2023 salah satunya ada pada pariwisata. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk  menetapkan pengaruh perubahan tutupan lahan dan hutan terhadap PDRB di sektor  pertanian, industri, dan pariwisata Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada  bulan Desember 2023 - Februari 2024 di wilayah Provinsi Lampung. Metode  pengumpulan data yaitu pada data primer diperoleh dengan mengunduh citra,  melakukan pengecekan lapangan menggunakan Global Positioning System (GPS)  atau lainnya, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dengan mengunduh data dari  https://bps.go.id. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis model linier  berganda. Hasil didapatkan bahwa PDRB sektor pertanian berpengaruh nyata  positif terhadap perkebunan dan berpengaruh nyata negatif pada pertanian  campuran, sedangkan yang tidak berpengaruh nyata yaitu kepadatan penduduk, luas  hutan negara, hutan rakyat, tanah gundul, sawah, dan permukiman, PDRB sektor  industri berpengaruh nyata positif terhadap hutan negara dan permukiman dan  berpengaruh nyata negatif terhadap pertanian campuran dan sawah, sedangkan yang  tidak berpengaruh nyata yaitu kepadatan penduduk, luas hutan negara, tanah  gundul, dan perkebunan, sementara itu PDRB sektor pariwisata berpengaruh nyata  positif pada permukiman dan berpengaruh nyata negatif pada pertanian campuran  dan sawah, sedangkan yang tidak berpengaruh nyata yaitu kepadatan penduduk,  luas hutan negara, hutan rakyat, tanah gundul, dan perkebunan. Hasil positif  menunjukkan adanya hubungan searah, artinya dengan adanya tutupan lahan atau  hutan tersebut dapat meningkatkan PDRB di Provinsi Lampung dan sebaliknya.  Kata Kunci: Penutupan Lahan, PDRB, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi    Land cover change has an impact on the economy in the agricultural and industrial  sectors in Lampung Province. At the macro level, the growth and increase of RGDP  every year is an indicator of the success of a region's development. The economy of  Lampung Province in 2023 is dominated by the agricultural and industrial sectors.  The business field with the highest growth in 2023 is tourism. The purpose of this  study was to determine the effect of land and forest cover changes on RGDP in the  agriculture, industry and tourism sectors of Lampung Province. The research was  conducted in December 2023 - February 2024 in the Lampung Province area. The  data collection method is primary data obtained by downloading images,  conducting field checks using the Global Positioning System (GPS) or others, while  secondary data is obtained by downloading data from https://bps.go.id. The data  analysis technique used is multiple linear model analysis. The results showed that  agricultural sector RGDP had a positive real effect on plantations and a negative  real effect on mixed agriculture, while those that had no real effect were population  density, state forest area, community forests, bare land, rice fields, and settlements,  industrial sector RGDP had a positive real effect on state forests and settlements  and a negative real effect on mixed agriculture and rice fields, while those that had  no real effect were population density, state forest area, bare land, and plantations,  Meanwhile, tourism sector RGDP has a positive real effect on settlements and a  negative real effect on mixed agriculture and paddy fields, while those that do not  have a real effect are population density, state forest area, community forests, bare  land, and plantations, while those that do not have a real effect are population  density, state forest area, community forests, bare land, and plantations. Positive  results indicate a unidirectional relationship, meaning that the presence of land  cover or forest can increase RGDP in Lampung Province and vice versa.
