abstract: Pemberdayaan kepada PMI purna dan keluarganya merupakan upaya menambah
pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang bertujuan menciptakan PMI purna yang
mandiri, berkualitas, serta produktif dalam memanfaatkan penghasilan. Penelitian
ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi pelatihan kewirausahaan
terhadap keberlanjutan usaha PMI purna dan keluarganya. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi dalam
penelitian ini yaitu PMI purna dan keluarganya yang pernah mengikuti pelatihan
serta memiliki usaha di Desa Labuhan Ratu IV Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu
Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Sampel terpilih yang sesuai dengan kriteria yaitu
sejumlah 30 responden. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan),
dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2

) serta menggunakan alat hitung SPSS 22.
Diperoleh hasil analisis yakni terdapat hubungan antara persepsi pelatihan
kewirausahaan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha PMI purna dan keluarganya di Desa
Labuhan Ratu IV Kecamatan Labuhan Ratu Kabupaten Lampung Timur dengan
koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,523 atau 52,3%, sementara sisanya yakni 47,7%
dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti di dalam penelitian ini.

Empowerment of full-time migrant workers and their families is an effort to
increase knowledge and skills aimed at creating full-time migrant workers who
are independent, qualified, and productive in utilizing income. This study aims to
determine the relationship between the perception of entrepreneurship training on
the sustainability of PMI purna and his family's business. This study used
quantitative methods. The data collection technique used in this study was by
distributing questionnaires. The population in this study is retired migrant
workers and their families who have attended training and have businesses in
Labuhan Ratu IV Village, Labuhan Ratu District, East Lampung Regency. The
selected sample that fits the criteria is a total of 30 respondents. Test the
hypothesis using the t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and coefficient of
determination test (R2

) and using the SPSS 22 calculation tool. The results of the
analysis were obtained that there was a relationship between the perception of
entrepreneurship training on the sustainability of the business of full PMI and his
family in Labuhan Ratu IV Village, Labuhan Ratu District, East Lampung
Regency with a coefficient of determination of 0.523 or 52.3%,, while the
remaining 47.7% was influenced by other variables that were not studied in this
study.
