        abstract = {Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran efektivitas pelaksanaan
program Gerakan Literasi Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Barat denganmenggunakan
teori pengukuran efektivitas oleh Budiani (2007) Ketetapan sasaran program,
Sosialisasi program,Pencapaian tujuan program, Pemantauan program. Pada
penelitian ini,pendekatan yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah pendekatan
kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara
dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pelaksanaan program Gerakan
Literasi Daerah (GLD) di Kabupaten Lampung Barat sudah cukup mencapai
keberhasilan program dengan terlaksananya program seperti yang direncanakan
meskipun belum merata ke seluruh tempat di daerah Lampung Barat, hambatan
yang dihadapi di dalam pelaksanaan Program Geraka Literasi Daerah ini adalah
selain pengenalan literasi yaitu konsistensi para pelaksana serta peminat literasi
jangka panjang.

ABSTRACT

EFFECTIVENESS OF THE REGIONAL LITERACY MOVEMENT
PROGRAM (Study in West Lampung Regency, Balik Bukit District)

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the West
Lampung Regency Regional Literacy Movement program using the effectiveness
measurement theory by Budiani (2007) Determination of program targets,
socialization program, achievement of program objectives, monitoring program. In
this research, the approach used by researchers is a qualitative approach. Data
collection techniques are collected through observation, interviews and
documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of the
Regional Literacy Movement (GLD) program in West Lampung Regency has
achieved sufficient program success with the program being implemented as
planned, although it has not been evenly distributed to all places in the West
Lampung area. the introduction of literacy, namely the consistency of implementers
and long-term literacy enthusiasts.
