        abstract = {Permasalahan dalam penyusunan daftar pemilih di KPU Kabupaten Lebong, seperti
pemilih yang tidak terdaftar, pemilih ganda, dan pemilih meninggal tetap tercatat.
Untuk itu, KPU RI meluncurkan aplikasi Cekdptonline guna meningkatkan akurasi
data daftar pemilih untuk Pemilu 2024. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menilai
efektivitas Cekdptonline serta mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh KPU dalam
upaya tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan
sumber data wawancara dan kuesioner terbuka kepada masyarakat. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa Cekdptonline efektif dalam penyusunan daftar pemilih yang
akurat dan tepat waktu. Berdasarkan teori Muasaroh pada aspek tugas, rencana,
ketentuan dan peraturan, serta aspek tujuan, disimpulkan Cekdptonline efektif dalam
menghasilkan daftar pemilih yang akurat dan disusun tepat waktu, sehingga seluruh
pemilih yang memenuhi syarat dapat menggunakan hak pilihnya, dan kinerja
pengelolaan daftar pemilih menjadi lebih cepat. Berdasarkan teori DeLone dan
McLean pada aspek kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, kepuasan
pengguna, dan manfaat bersih, disimpulkan Cekdptonline mudah digunakan dan
memberikan informasi yang berkualitas serta sesuai dengan kondisi aktual. Pada
aspek intensitas penggunaan, frekuensi penggunaan aplikasi ini masih sedikit.
Aplikasi ini masih menghadapi kendala seperti masalah jaringan, pekerjaan yang
terpusat pada PPK dan PPS, serta kurangnya informasi terkait proses pindah memilih
dan jenis surat suara. Penelitian merekomendasikan pengembangan aplikasi lebih
lanjut, perumusan aturan tenaga sekretariat PPK, serta peningkatan kerjasama antara
KPU, Kominfo, dan perusahaan telekomunikasi. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi
Cekdptonline terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan akurasi daftar pemilih pada Pemilu
2024 di KPU Kabupaten Lebong. Strategi yang diterapkan juga memberikan dampak
positif dalam penyusunan daftar pemilih baik pada tahap persiapan, pematangan,
pemantapan, dan pemanfaatan.

The problem of voter list at the KPU of Lebong Regency includes unregistered
voters, duplicate voters, and deceased voters still being listed. To address this, the
KPU launched the Cekdptonline application to improve the accuracy of voter data for
the 2024 election. The purpose of this research is to assess the effectiveness of
Cekdptonline and to identify the strategies used by the KPU in this effort. This study
employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data sources derived from interviews
and open-ended questionnaires to the public. The research findings indicate that
Cekdptonline is effective in compiling an accurate and timely voter list. Based on
Muasaroh?s theory, which covers aspects such as tasks, plans, rules and regulations,
and objectives, it is concluded that Cekdptonline is effective in assisting with timely
data updates and verification, ensuring that voter data meets election requirements,
and improving the efficiency of voter list management. According to DeLone and
McLean?s theory, regarding system quality, information quality, service quality, user
satisfaction, and net benefits, it is concluded that Cekdptonline is easy to use and
provides high-quality information that aligns with current conditions. However, in
terms of usage intensity, the frequency of application use is still low. The application
also faces challenges such as network issues, workload centralized at the PPK and
PPS levels, and a lack of information regarding the process of transferring voting
rights and ballot types. The study recommends further application development,
formulation of regulations for PPK secretariat staff, and increased collaboration
between the KPU, Ministry of Communication and Informatics, and
telecommunications companies. In conclusion, the Cekdptonline application has
proven effective in improving the accuracy of the voter list for the 2024 election at
the KPU of Lebong Regency, and the strategies implemented have positively
impacted the compilation of the voter list.
