N2  - Ikan merupakan bahan pangan yang mengandung protein tinggi dan mengandung asam
amino esensial yang dibutuhkan oleh tubuh, selain itu nilai biologisnya mencapai 90%,
dengan sedikit jaringan pengikat sehingga mudah dicerna oleh konsumen. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur biaya agroindustri ikan asin di
Kecamatan Menggala dan Kabupaten Menggala Timur serta menganalisis pendapatan
agroindustri ikan asin di Kecamatan Menggala dan Kabupaten Menggala Timur.
Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di Kabupaten Tulang Bawang. Pengumpulan data dan
observasi lapangan akan dilakukan pada bulan November 2021. Metode analisis yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari
penelitian ini adalah pendapatan agroindustri ikan asin di Kecamatan Menggala dan
Kabupaten Menggala Timur memperoleh keuntungan selama satu bulan dengan 9 jenis
ikan asin memperoleh pendapatan sebesar Rp 6.605.880, dengan efisiensi usaha ikan
asin diperoleh melalui analisis R/C yaitu 1,25 yang berarti setiap pengeluaran
agroindustri ikan asin sebesar Rp1.000 akan diterima sebesar Rp1.250, sehingga dapat
dikatakan agroindustri tersebut memperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp1.250.

ANALISIS PENDAPATAN AGROINDUSTRI IKAN ASIN DI KECAMATAN
MENGGALA DAN KECAMATAN MENGGALA TIMUR

Fish is a food ingredient that contains high protein and contains essential amino acids
needed by the body, besides that its biological value reaches 90%, with little binding
tissue so it is easily digested by consumers. The aim of this research is to determine the
cost structure of the salted fish agroindustry in Menggala District and East Menggala
District and to analyze the income of the salted fish agroindustry in Menggala District
and East Menggala District. This research will be carried out in Tulang Bawang
Regency. Data collection and field observations will be carried out in November 2021.
The analytical method used in this research is the quantitative descriptive analysis
method. The results of this research are that the income of the salted fish agro-industry
in Menggala District and East Menggala District obtained a profit for one month with 9
types of salted fish earning an income of IDR 6,605,880, with the efficiency of the salted
fish business obtained through R/C analysis, namely 1.25, which means For every IDR
1,000 spent on the salted fish agro-industry, IDR 1,250 will be received, so it can be
said that the agro-industry makes a profit of IDR 1,250.
