        abstract = {Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif kinerja Tim Pendamping
Keluarga dalam program percepatan penurunan stunting di Kecamatan Teluk
Betung Selatan dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendorong dan penghambat kinerja
TPK. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deksriptif, serta pengumpulan data
dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dan juga wawancara. Hasil penelitian
menunjukan persentase efektivitas kinerja TPK di Kecamatan Teluk Betung Selatan
sebesar 80,98\% yang termasuk kedalam kategori sangat efektif. Dalam penentuan
indikator efektivitas kinerja TPK mengunakan teori efektivitas hasibuan, yang
memiliki 4 indikator. Indikator peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia memiliki
persentase tertinggi yaitu sebesar sebesar 82,44\%, dan persentase keefektifan
kinerja perindikator variabel yang paling rendah yaitu dari indikator pemanfaatan
waktu dengan persentase sebesar 79,55\%. Terdapat 4 faktor pendorong kinerja TPK
di dalam penelitian ini yakni kemampuan yang baik dalam melakukan
pendampingan yang dimiliki TPK, dukungan yang diterima oleh TPK dalam
melakukan pendampingan, komunikasi yang baik antar unsur TPK, dan kolaborasi
antar unsur TPK dalam melakukan pendampingan. Faktor yang menghambat dalam
kinerja TPK di kecamatan ini yaitu terdapat anggota TPK yang cendrung tidak aktif
dalam melakukan pendampingan.

This study aims to determine how effective the performance of the Family
Assistance Team is in the acceleration of stunting reduction program in Teluk
Betung Selatan District and to find out the driving and inhibiting factors of TPK
performance. This research method is descriptive quantitative, and data collection
by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the
percentage of effectiveness of TPK performance in South Teluk Betung Sub-district
was 80.98\% which was included in the very effective category. In determining
indicators of the effectiveness of TPK performance using Hasibuan's theory of
effectiveness, which has 4 indicators. The indicator of improving the quality of
human resources has the highest percentage of 82.44\%, and the lowest percentage
of performance effectiveness per variable indicator is from the time utilization
indicator with a percentage of 79.55\%. There are 4 factors driving TPK
performance in this study, namely the good ability to provide assistance owned by
the TPK, the support received by the TPK in providing assistance, good
communication between TPK elements, and collaboration between TPK elements
in providing assistance. Factors that hinder the performance of the TPK in this
kecamatan are that there are TPK members who tend to be inactive in providing
assistance.
