%A Nurdiana Ani %T PENGEMBANGAN LEMBAR KERJA PESERTA DIDIK (LKPD) BERBASIS INKUIRI APRESIATIF BAGJA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF %X Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik berbasis Inkuiri Apresiatif BAGJA yang valid, praktis, dan efektif ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang menggunakan design pengembangan ADDI-E dengan populasi penelitian, Seluruh peserta didik pada Fase E Kelas X Merdeka di SMA Tri Sukses Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini berupa wawancara, angket dan tes kemampuan kreatif, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistika deskriptif dan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil Pengembangan LKPD berbasis Inkuiri Apresiatif BAGJA telah terkategori valid dan praktis, dengan hasil penilaian ahli materi dan ahli media yang terkategori valid. Selanjutnya, Berdasarkan respons peserta didik dan guru, produk ini dinilai sangat praktis. Kemudian, berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis data N-gain diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik di kelas yang menggunakan LKPD berbasis Inkuiri Apresiatif BAGJA. Didukung dari hasil uji proporsi terdapat 60% peserta didik yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kreatif yang masuk dalam kategori baik. Dari hasil temuan dan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa LKPD berbasis Inkuiri Apresiatif BAGJA memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik Kata kunci: LKPD, Inkuiri Apresiatif Bagja, kemampuan berpikir kreatif The purpose of this study was to produce a valid, practical, and effective BAGJA Appreciative Inquiry-based Student Worksheet in terms of students' creative thinking abilities. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDI-E development design with the research population, all students in Phase E Class X Merdeka at SMA Tri Sukses in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The data collection techniques for this study were in the form of interviews, questionnaires and creative ability tests, which were then analyzed using descriptive statistics and independent sample t-tests. The results of the development of LKPD based on BAGJA Appreciative Inquiry have been categorized as valid and practical, with the results of the assessment of material experts and media experts who are categorized as valid. Furthermore, based on the responses of students and teachers, this product is considered very practical. Then, based on the results of the N-gain data hypothesis test, it was concluded that there was an increase in students' creative thinking skills in classes using BAGJA Appreciative Inquiry-based LKPD. Supported by the results of the proportion test, there were 60% of students who had creative thinking skills that were included in the good category. From the findings and data analysis, it was concluded that BAGJA Appreciative Inquiry-based LKPD met the criteria of being valid, practical, and effective in improving students' creative thinking skills.
