abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh Self-esteem terhadap sikap kepemimpinan pengurus OSIS SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengurus OSIS SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung tahun ajaran 2023/2024.Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 37 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan sebesar 66,6% self-esteem terhadap sikap kepemimpinan pada pengurus OSIS SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat self-esteem yang dimiliki, pengurus OSIS maka sikap kepemimpinan yang ditunjukan lebih baik hal ini dapat dilihat dari implementasi sikap jujur, adil, tanggung jawab dan bijaksana.

abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Knowing Self-Esteem on the leadership attitudes of the OSIS administrators at SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. The method in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the OSIS administrators of SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung for the 2023/2024 academic year. The sample for this research consisted of 37 respondents using a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews. Based on the research results obtained, 66.6% of self-esteem towards leadership attitudes in the OSIS administrators of SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Agung. This shows that the higher the level of self-esteem that the OSIS administrators have, the better the leadership attitudes shown, this can be seen. from the implementation of honest, fair, responsible and wise attitudes
